Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/SoHo reviews
29Enjoyed our stay. Great location and friendly staff. No view from our room unless you want to look at ac units on building next door. Rooms are smaller than most in chain but what do you expect in NYC and not break the bank! We would stay again
We stayed two nights at the hotel and had a great time.
We stayed at the highest floor which had a nice view of Manhattan’s skyline which was beautiful especially at night.
The location is perfect, the street is quiet at night but it’s just 5 min walk away from the heart of Soho!
Rooms were great but I was no coffee service in the room and no food service in the hotel and no paper cups in the bathroom. The closest coffee shop is 2 blocks away
Clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Rooms are decent in size by NYC standards but not huge. I have Bonvoy Ambassador Elite status and typically get upgrades but the staff didn’t upgrade us so I’m pretty disappointed, especially because there’s not many people staying.
Very clean! Staff was nice was ok rooms. A little small but common for NYC.but no parking. Either meter parking and chance getting towed if u sleep past 9am and don't have car moved or pay expensive parking garage.
Good: best location! I am comming back due to this reason. It's was so convenient to walk around or ride subway from hotel.
Hold the luggage for customer who are checked out for their conveniences. Several section of rounge areas.
Things to be mindful of: Tiny room & restroom. (I stayed 2 full beds room)
Not much spaces to put our luggage. No microwave. No coffee maker. No extra Mirror in a room.
Really nice Hotel. Not expensive, very clean and neat. The staff is always willing to help! My cheers to Sharon, she is amazing helping the customers, always with a smile to share with the guest. I like the place where the hotel is located, for me, it is really close to the different places where I have to go on my job. The only lack that I found is the parking lot, it is about 3 blocks away from the hotel. (after 7pm you can park on the streets for free).
The place is very small, rooms on the roadside very noisy. The windows don't have sound insulation. Gym is extremely small. There is a Starbucks cafe which serves a limited menu. I am not a fan:)
Excellent interior inside and out! I found this incredible place by accident, but I am very grateful that I found this place on time when I badly needed a place to stay then. Their crew from the front door was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. He was able to help me find the best room to take a rest and enjoyed my stay. Such an amazing service!
Great service, and a really nice room. Holland Tunnel right around the corner, and a healthy walk up to the Dakota and Park. I'll be back!
Clean rooms, absolutely wonderful staff, close to most everywhere I needed to be for business throughout the week. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired (apparently Americano isn't considered coffee and thus costs extra) and the were out of a few things most every day, but there were certainly alternatives.
You know what I want from a hotel? Zero games and zero problems.
At this courtyard I had a great experience because it served all my needs with zero issues. Lots of towels, fridge worked, room was immaculately clean, and the heating worked perfectly.
I’ll probably stay here again.
Mildly disappointing hotel. Very limited facilities. Although decent size clean rooms. Lot of confusion on Marriott Elite benifits. I was platinum elite and felt short changed.
Location was ok, room was small with view of across the street building.
I didn’t like it overall but assuming those things don’t bother others in nyc
Very new super clean hotel in Soho. Wonderful location great staff. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the rooms are super small.
The Courtyard at SoHo is located right off of MacDougal Street. It's really an ideal location for a hotel down in the village. 5 to 10 minute walk to everything pretty much. The facility was very nice new clean Etc. The staff was friendly. Great experience. 5 out of 5 stars.
Small, hotel. Room was big.got stuck in elevator. Rather pricy. Great location though. Their website didn’t let me add an extra night despite them having extra rooms ️
Great city view (18th floor), close to Subway lines, and food and shopping is with reasonable walking distance.
Small no very small but nicely appointed rooms Location is great especially if using public transportation. Nice staff but could call first before sending cancellation over a credit card information. But staff worked to rectify.
We always stay at Marriott hotels and this hotel is another reason why. Our room was excellent and it has easy access off the Holland tunnel. It's a great location if you want to go north into the times square area and lower Manhattan on the same visit.
