3I was very shocked by the lack of friendliness of the staff at the entrance, every day we passed by they didn't even greet us… the hotel is quite expensive for the terrible service they provide. It doesn't have a good breakfast, leaks everywhere, no initiative on the part of the staff. I guess they get the money from the holy spirit and not from the clients. Never seen before! They have to improve a lot and it is unfortunate that Marriott works with people like this!
The location is perfect and you can be in Times Square in a few minutes. Public transport links are also nearby. The hotel is an average city hotel that is a bit old and actually too expensive for that. The facility is in need of modernization. We had two double beds in the room for three people, although the bed was very narrow for two people, but comfortable. We were a little lucky and got a room on the 24th floor at the end of the hallway. This made it very quiet and we didn't notice any of the hustle and bustle. The room was cleaned daily and was clean. The furnishings are minimalist. A positive highlight is the friendly, helpful staff. Safe was free. Minibar is available but not filled. The windows could only be opened a small crack and the view isn't exactly amazing. Air conditioning was available and worked very well. All in all, the hotel is recommended if you are staying in New York for a few days
Our bed was broken and one side of a king would sink to the floor. The room smelled like urine and we had to keep the window open during our stay. I added a picture of a piece of the bed laying on the floor. Only positive was the great staff! My complaint to Marriott never received a response, which is disappointing.
