Hands down the best water pressure & temps I've ever had in recent memory.

Seriously, the bathrooms here punch well above their weight.

The rooms feel bigger than they are, and the elevators are faster than they look.

Past midnight, the entire lobby smelled like weed, but not once did I ever feel that smell follow me to my room, so no complaints there.

I stay here usually every time I visit The NYC area great rooms, great parking, great service, and clean.

When I arrived I was greeted professionally by two young ladies Ky and Lovely. They were professional and a great sense of humor. I felt welcomed. When checking out I encounters Asia professional and a good sense of humor as well. I ate breakfast which was good. Sorry no pics. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review when I checked in. Great staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

After having a battle feild a room next to me, 3 am till 4 am and loud bangs and noises, and me and my wife wr very scare.but the hotel refused to give me back even a nickel.so yes i will not be staying in any marriot hotel anymore, i would advise you to do the same

Clean and affordable. The cafe was great. Stayed open late for food and beverage service. Beds were comfy as well. Took the train into NY City easy to get to as well. Close to the Hudson for some great food.

There front desk phone service to help with issue is horrible and leave u on hold till u hang up then when call back there is no answer! Its a game then when pick up they state hold on and there speaking in back round and taking care ppl im guessing staying at hotel already and leave u sitting there meanwhile im try to get room and pay them my money as well but they treat u in this manner will say dont bother pick new hotel was telling ppl in my wedding to stay here now i will switch hotels! Just rude

Service was excellent and lobby was nice. The room was dirty upon check in but the room was quickly changed. Comfy beds.

Lady behind the desk with the bowl cut is always so rude to me when I walk in, after work. Her schedule is from 12am-7am I believe, I definitely won’t b staying here in the future!

We had a very comfortable stay, it is in a very clean and comfortable location, in a clean and airy place with a great view.

Be careful! They will charge you some random fee to your credit card for almost $200. The stay was fine but trying to get someone on the phone will never happen. Just avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

Booked a room over a week in advance. Called in the day of my arrival told them I would be checking in late. Was told to do mobile checkin and my room would be good. Arrived at the hotel and was told they over booked and I could not get a room. I am a platinum elite member. And this is how they treat you.

Pool is closed and some sad excuse they need a lifeguard to open. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO USE THE POOL. Room smelled like smoke (weed?) even though it is supposed to be smoke free. There was a permanent sign saying NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY attached to the pool wall so not sure why they are making up this rule all of sudden. Asked several times for bath items but unable to provide in a timely matter. Rooms were not that clean and ice machine was broken. Witnessed dozens of wasps at one of the exits. Not sure how this place is open but it is run down and way too expensive for what you get. Better off going somewhere else.

I stayed for two nights for a nearby event! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and that’s always important! Kudos to your team!

I gave four stars because breakfast is not served! I can’t get used to a hotel that doesn’t serve breakfast!

I stayed here for the weekend and it was your typical hotel experience which is a good thing but when we got there we waited 30 min to get to our room because they were having issues with the bookings and we got sent up to a room with someone already occupying it. But the lady helping us was very nice and let us take free candy and water from the snack bar.

After booking and checking in was told no pool. No pool? I booked because of the pool. It was being used per reviews on Aug. 16th. Why not? After two discussions with night and day manager (day blatantly lied) I gave up. Recommend everyone call and ask before booking. The story I was given. State of NY passed law (that I can't find on internet) that a lifeguard must be on duty. They were not able to hire one and Marriott was given months warning. Why have pool hour/rules posred in the elevators. Consumers beware.

I constantly stay at this location and it keeps getting worse. My last visit was 08/10/2023 - 08/12/2023. The front desk staff Ms. Asia was fantastic and did her best to fix the problem, but both rooms were dirty. Room 318 was my first room and was obvious that sheets were not charged. It was obvious that someone had sex on the sheets and the bed was just made up. I came downstairs to the front desk and the manager was not available and I was told that they would get in touch with me, I'm still waiting. My room was switched to 301, the sheets were clean but long black hair was all over the bathroom floor and some also on the shower wall. This makes the second time in less than a month that I stayed at the Yonkers location and my room was less than acceptable. I think it is time to change brands.
