My fiancé and I have been looking for a jeweler that would give us a personalized experience and Carlos and Galina at Couture Jewelry did just that. Not only was the turnaround time extremely quick, but the communication was exceptional. We asked them to help reset my engagement ring and also create 2 wedding bands from my late fathers wedding band. I was very nervous to hand this project over to just anyone, but Carlos gave us multiple options on how he could go about it and even made a beautiful video of the entire process of the bands being made. We knew we were in the hands of a seasoned professional and hope they know they’ve gained a customer for life. I had been told many times my ring could not be resized. He had zero issue with this and now my ring fits perfectly. Carlos also uses advanced technology we have not seen with other jewelers and even 3d printed a version of my reset/resized engagement ring for me to see and try on before working on my ring. There does not seem to be any limit to what Carlos can create and we are so grateful to have found them!
