I came in to get earrings for my 3rd whole. Mike changed my earrings for me and was SO nice and accommodating. Super clean place and amazing staff. 10/10 recommend.

Super friendly - first time there for replacement nose stud. Thought I was going to purchase and go but was surprised to learn Cowpok is a full service business, so the stud was replaced by a staff member. Very clean, professional, and friendly. The only negative thing is not about their business but the parking lot. VERY limited due to restaurant and other businesses that have restricted parking. Took me 3 tours to find a spot and it was in the middle of the afternoon. That was irritating but nothing to do with Cowpok. Recommend Cowpok and will go back.

Love this shop! They always do a great job switching a piercing out or getting a new one done. Staff is always helpful and personable

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He was so kind, hype and inviting. I was there to get my nostril pierced again after Covid and before trying to pierce anything he was able to get jewelry in just by seeing if my hole was still open. I SWEAR I have tried on my own with no results, but he’s magic (and obviously very skilled, and trained) He was honest and kind about the potential for other piercings I was interested in possibly rejecting and he has a way of delivering disappointing news that’s incredibly easy to handle. I would hire this guy tell to me my dog died just so I would take the news better, he’s that genuinely charismatic and kind. My piercing looks wonderful, and the woman who cashed me out and helped me select the jewelry (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name because I was a little nervous!) was wonderful and I couldn’t be more happy with the size she helped me choose for the jewel!

I brought my 6 year old to get her ears pierced by Sarah and was absolutely blown away by the experience. Sarah was amazing with her and the woman working the desk (I didn’t catch her name) was warm and welcoming. Sarah is extremely personable and very thorough. She did a great job of explaining the process to my daughter and aftercare instructions, and keeping her engaged the entire time. I have had multiple piercings done at Cowpok and will only ever trust this staff to do work for me and my family. THANK YOU SARAH and Cowpok for a wonderful experience!

Really disappointing. Have gotten multiple earrings here on many occasions and I recently went back for new triple helix earrings because my old ones fell out. I asked her specifically for backings that wouldn’t fall out. She picked out ones and said “there’s no way these are coming out unless someone takes them out for you. ” So I spend $300 on these and then less than 2 weeks later, they have fallen out and Cowpok was not willing to do anything for me even though I could prove my purchase and the fact that I was just there. Don’t have a lot of money and just tried to have nice earrings for my wedding and they wouldn’t help me at all.

Mike was so personable and welcoming! He was very cautious and clean as well, would definitely recommend him for a piercing:)

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with my 6 year old for her lobe piercing! Mike was fantastic, explained the piercing process, walked her through every step, and put her at ease. I just got tattoos for the first time at this shop and they look so great! Hailey is a wonderful tattoo artist! She did my tattoos and they are great! I definitely recommend this tattoo shop! I’m going to CowPok for tattoos for now on.

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. And our experience exceeded any expectations I had. Mike was our piercer and he was incredible! He explained everything to her in a way she would understand and talk to her as the client. He made sure she knew the entire process and checked in with her every step of the way. Visited the Williamsville location on September 7,23 so my teens could get their second piercing in their lobes. Mike was their piercer and he was GREAT! Can’t wait to go back with my 3rd daughter so her and I can get additional ear piercings.

I got my ears repierced here last year and the girl at the front desk was very easy to talk to and explained things to me well. I had Sarah as my piercer and she was kind and funny and made me feel at ease. I would definitely come back to get pierced again by Sarah.

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Cowpok and with Sarah specifically. She made my girls (11&6) feel at ease during the process, explained every step, and was so patient. Shop was very clean. Yes it costs more than the mall spots, but after a bad experience with the piercing gun, I'm glad we chose the pros this time! Totally worth it.

The peircer gave me a post that was too short and my ear swallowed it, had to get surgery will not be returning
