Very bad attitude. No report was given when X-rays were done, and no report was given even after repeated calls. Doctors who perform X-rays wear radiation-proof clothing (I assist children in X-rays). The family doctor said that I couldn’t call them to give it without my signature.

It's really funny, there are five people at the front desk on the second floor. All the work was left to one person. The other four people were chatting very loudly, drinking tea, drinking coffee, eating potato chips, and cracking melon seeds. It’s only after 9 o’clock, so unprofessional

Went in for breast ultrasound, i was required to lay there topless for ten minutes with only a curtain covered, the door behind the curtain was open during that 10 long minutes, my longest 10 minutes, I could hear people talking right outside of the room, walking pass the room, my question is why? Would she leave the door open if she is the one lying there topless? When I got dress, walk out the room, there is two guys there doing repairs! I don’t think they care about their patient!

I had an ultrasound here last year, it was awful. The technician was very rude and the front desk staff have an attitude. I go to other imaging centers and they are much more professional

I 've been a long time client with CP Advanced Imaging. There is a group of very professional staff which offer excellent service. The staff also very accommodating. The staff treats everyone very friendly in this comfortable environment

Convenient location just a few blocks from grand street station, I like that they are open on weekends. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean environment.

X ray technician made fun of my name. Front desk receptionists treated me like a child and didn’t believe that I had xrays ordered until i showed them the papers.

Update taking a star
So I called my doctor before the appointment a good two weeks after coming here and they never sent them the xrays yet. So the office needed to call them to get them. Little annoying but I'd still come here after checking prices.

Well I went to the dreaded CP Imagining and had no problems at all, granted this is before my doctor looked at the x-rays. Depending on who you speak with you may have to listen carefully. I was quickly seen on a SUNDAY, which is great for people with jobs. The tech was pleasant and fast. I ended up saving about 70 dollars over the place the doctor was sending me to. I will come here if/when I needs X-rays again.

I arrived 15 mins late for my mammogram appointment, but the receptionist was accommodating and still checked me in. After waiting for an hour, they sent me to basement for my mammogram. Stacy Yang, the technician was very friendly. She noticed that I was nervous since it was my first mammogram, and was gentle and comforting. She encourage for me to communicate during the exam if I couldn’t tolerate the pain. She was very informative and went through the process thoroughly, going over any questions I had. Great bedside manners. I really appreciated her being so helpful and makes me look forward for my next visit. Hopefully she will be there when I return next year for the exam.

FYI when doctors send you to get a CT Scan, in Chinatown. YOU DO NOT need to go to this place, You’re sent here because it’s the closes.
About CP Advanced, The service and attitude of the front door staff is incredibly terrible!
The waiting area, the seats are way way to close to each other. There’s way too many sick patients in 1 small space. Coughing!
I stood outside & waited by the elevator the whole time.over an hour! What’s the point of having an appointment! This place is Nasty! Staff are not sanitizing is waiting area.

I was recently sent here for a pelvic/transvag ultrasound and had no idea what to expect. Everyone from the front door check-in to the receptionist to technician were all very kind and incredibly helpful! I had forgotten my referral paperwork and the receptionist went above and beyond to contact and confirm with my primary care physician. The tech explained every step of the process and was super gentle. I was in and out in about 20-25 mins total. (EDIT: I also wanted to add I’m pretty nervous and phobic about medical procedures in general, and this experience was low stress!)

My appointment is 12: 30pm, but 1: 29pm still waiting. Can’t eat four hours before doing the MRI, so hungry and stomach hurts. Staff are ok!

Not a patient here and so GLAD that I am not, they DO NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE to verify with patient their health insurance after they were prompted to charge an alternative health insurance for the services. My health insurance was a victim of this place! They wrongfully submitted a claim to my insurance for services that has nothing to do with anyone on my account. Beware! They were also very casual to give out patient information such as name, dob, address and health insurance info. They asked me if my name was so and so, if i live at this address and if my child’s name and dob is this and that… but aside from the coincidence of matching names nothing matched but I heard all the information of someone else… medical biller goes on to say it’s not their problem that she billed the wrong place as the other medical insurance provided that.but she admittedly agreed er that they had neglected to check with the patient if there was an error. This place is just looking to get paid, doesn’t seem to care who or if they are actually billing the right person for these services.

Front desk are willing to work with you to check you in and will answer any questions you may have.

I had an X-ray appointment and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
