I had a No Heat situation on Monday. Bill sent a service tech Jake to the house, that afternoon. The Circuit Board was diagnosed to be bad. We had heat but no blower fan. Jake called in to get permission to jump power to the blower so we would have heat until the new part comes in. Tuesday AM, I received a call from Ed at C R Wolfe. He explained what was wrong and gave exact details of all expenses involved. He could order the part with a verbal approval. As soon as the part arrives they will call and set up a instalation. Wednesday the part arrived. Bill called me and set up installation for Wednesday afternoon. Two Techs arrived a short time later. They changed out the parts. The furnace is working, Wednesday at approximately 4: 00. Very pleased customer on this end. Thank you to the crew at CR Wolfe.

What started out as a rocky beginning to a huge, VERY expensive home improvement project turned out exceptionally well. The reason for that improvement was our two replacement techs Vinnie and Evan. They picked up where the previous techs left off. They both worked with determination and great work ethic every day. They were very respectful and especially Vinnie, who answered all of our questions and frankly put me at ease with all of the work being done in and around our home. I would recommend these two techs to anyone within the sound of my voice. In fact, by the time Vinnie left on the last day, I felt a bit sad and so did our grandkids who got to know him too. The only reason for the 4 stars was the beginning of the project as I mentioned earlier, otherwise I would have given Vinnie and Evan 5 stars for sure!

Tech was professional in every way possible. Very satisfied with how he went about his job.

C. R. Wolfe has installed a high-tech and efficient boiler for my home, and a HVAC unit of the highest quality. You will get the best bang for your buck with them. And return on investment when you see a lower utility bill! Their servicemen are timely, courteous, and informative. Highly recommend for any heating and air services!

This review is primarily for our service visit by Tom F. He was excellent. He was timely, texted prior to arrival and answered questions clearly. After completion, he summarized the work and also clarified questions we had about the benefits of being a contract client. He was personable and competent. He would not accept a gratuity. "Totally unnecessary" He gets 5 out of 5 stars.

As for Wolfe, the company, having to supply confidential info over the phone was nearly a deal-breaker. No website! The inability to complete financial transactions ONLINE at the client's convenience and comfort, is not acceptable to me and soured this experience. 1 out of 5 stars for this. 1/5

Seth and Jordan arrived early (+), were polite and professional (+), answered my questions and listened to my stories (+). Overall the service was exceptional from the originating phone call to paying, the service was certainly within range for this service, Certainly would recommend and will use again when needed, SD, 11/17/2023.
