I never left a review before, but I have to leave a review for others to take into consideration if you are coming for a treatment especially considering their cost and the damage it does to hair. I personally came for a keratin treatment and was told it is the perfect treatment for reducing hair frizz and hair drying time for up-to six months. However, my hair is exactly the same as it was prior the treatment; no one can tell that I even did anything to my hair. Mind you, this is a $250 treatment. I called to explain and even sent a picture of my hair. After much deliberation I was told the best they can do is give me $50 credit to use at their salon plus seeing a hair specialist to see how I can best take care of my hair. I explained that I know how to take care of my hair and I do not go to salons because I cut my own hair. I just got this treatment to save time on taking care of my hair because I was entering marriage and starting my masters program at the same time. In addition, I moved to a different state so going there is not feasible either. In the end I explained that I am even open to a partial refund instead of a full refund, but they wouldn’t accept anything other than the offer they gave me despite explaining it was not helpful in my situation. Overall, if you get a treatment be cautious.

Francesca has been doing my facials and they are by far the best. She truly does any amazing job and really cleans your face! You come out glowing!

Jenna did magic on my hair! With only one treatment, she transformed my hair from blackish brown to this (see pictures) with little damage. My hair remained smooth, frizz-free and breakage-free. In addition, everyone was so friendly at the salon. I can't wait to go back for my second treatment!

The facials performed by Francesca at the establishment was top tier! I loved the diverse options presented including chemical peels, and TBD facials.

If I could pick two of my FAVORITE people in the world, hands down would be Arlene, who is the master at haircolor, styles and cuts, and Francesca who is the best esthetician out there! They both are kind, funny and very knowledgeable with their craft! I'm blessed and feel so pampered when I go there!

Love this salon and spa! I see Francesca for monthly facials and I always look forward to my treatment with her. I always feel so comfortable while she is working on my skin. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable about her craft. My skin is always glowing after my visits and I feel like a million bucks. I would highly recommend seeing her and making it a regular thing if you can!

Arlene is amazing. She always does great color and cuts. Even her updo’s are incredible! Would highly recommend.

I received a spray tan from Francesca! Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but my tan came out amazing and lasted long! I got so many compliments

Asked for a shag with short layers, she tried cutting it twice but couldn't seem to get it and one side is drastically longer than the other side. The shampoo dried out my hair extremely badly and I'm still trying to rehydrate it. Conversation was nice and so were the people.

Wonderful experience with Jenna. My first time there and everyone was very welcoming and kind. Jenna took the time to really look at my hair since it is so fine and thin. She was very knowledgeable and helped me along in my decision making for styling and a great help with how to get my hair healthy and keep it that way. She is fantastic and very talented! So glad my friend encouraged me to make Creative Hair Design my new salon. One year later and I still feel like I’m at a new salon…, Jenna always makes me look my best. And she guides me to looks that compliment my coloring and the shape of my face and head.
The “teamwork” is so evident at Creative: If Jenna’s not available she refers me to another hairdresser at the shop for my service…. There’s no “ownership” of client at Creative. It’s all about meeting MY needs. So professional. A terrific place!
