Lou and his team are the best. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He gave me some great recommendations but was not pushy at all. They are lightning fast and so friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Super place and the professionalism is unsurpassed by other places I dealt with in the past.
I hope I'm not the only Optimum customer that has been spending hours on hold with issues with my altice one box. I ask for technical support only to be told they will call back after 45 minutes. If I'm lucky 2 or 3 hours later I get a call from """technical support""" and get someone that not only doesn't speak intelligent English but doesn't even know what a toslink cable or that there is an optical audio port on the back of the box. I wish there was a better service because Optimum is the absolute worst. I have spent hours on hold without getting any answers. I would recommend going back to reading books before recommending them!
Shout out and 5 Stars to Dan The Paver for an excellent job redoing and extending our driveway. Quick estimate and quick turnaround despite everything going on. Would definitely recommend!
