Not happy at all, the tester must be from a previous batch. I received one spray on my hand (from the tester) lasted all day, the product I received last about an hour. An extreme waste of money.

And so, I ordered Creed perfume online for my husband's birthday. On the site, I indicated the gift wrapping and also wrote to them by mail. First of all, terrible service! I was ignored and very rarely answered. My order was sent 5 days after placing the order, although the site says 1-2 days for processing and 2 days for delivery. They sent my order 5 days after the order was received, and another 4 days of delivery, in the end I waited for my order for 9 days. Secondly, I asked for gift wrapping, they sent it in a terrible ordinary brown box, there was no gift wrapping, although I indicated this and wrote about it. And on their instagram under the posts they write that they send in a gift box to EVERYONE WHO ORDERS CRED goods from THEM! But, they send it in beautiful packaging only to bloggers, thereby discriminating against all other buyers. The only thing I liked was the Creed fragrance, everything else is terrible! I can definitely say that I will not buy their fragrances again! Compared to Dior, Creed is far behind. Dior always treats its customers with respect, without discrimination, everything is beautifully packaged and everything arrives on time. My order came from a boutique in New York

Have been going to this place since the 2011. The best overall staff in the industry. Helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.

The customer service is horrific as is the presentation in shipping box. I'm a regular Creed purchaser from NM.
I search of Oud, I called the Madison Ave.store and Ariel took my order over the phone. He gives me the sales speech that he is now my Creed consultant, asks me my scent preferences and tells me he knows the samples he will send me.
The Oud arrived wrapped in a sad crumpled tissue paper and that was it. No note, no samples, no wrapping nothing.
I have called Madison Ave.several times and Ariel is either on vacation or calling me back.
This is Creed and I expect more. NM certainly delivered a premium package and Creed Boutique should do the same.

The guy at boutique is so cheap! Asked for sample he is giving a drop in bottle. Why being so cheap is that your you giving from your pocket?
