Creek House Commons, Rochester NY

Horrible Place To Live. Thought I was moving to a nice quiet and clean complex and it’s the complete opposite. Children small children are not under supervision and do whatever they want and how they want. This is a very ghetto place to live. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

I have lived here for about 3 years now and I have very little complaint. No one bothers me, maintenance gets to me within a day or two unless it's a true emergency and then it's a lot sooner. Terry (building manager) is always nice to me and doesn't give me a hard time. I've enjoyed myself so far. The only real complaint I have is that you can't get transportation over here on the weekends if you're in a wheelchair. Would recommend.

Creek House has to be one of the worst apartments in all of Rochester and it’s located in Greece…riddled with tons of potholes throughout the complex you’ll be lucky if your car survives a week with a busted wheel or axle. The garbage is all over the ground everywhere you go…broken glass as well. Think long and hard before you decide to move there, it’s probably the new projects in Greece…the maintenance if there is any, does not upkeep the property at all. I’d reconsider depending on what they are charging you to live there…not worth it in my opinion. You would think for as long as they’ve been there collecting money they would at least fix the roads

This place is disgusting and the staff is afraid of the residents they refuse to say anything to them. I would go to a homeless shelter before here!

Close to restaurants and shopping, nice community room for events, staff is kind and accommodating.
