I want to say a special thank you to Deidre! I was a maid of honor to the lovely bride on October 14th, and Deidre was absolutely a pleasure to be with; she truly made that night go so much smoother! I felt a breath of fresh air when she was around because she knew exactly what to do. She’s very attentive and goes beyond. Very great to talk to, we even shared a few laughs and stories that made us feel like family if only for one night. I’m so grateful she was the bridal attendant for the night; I can’t thank her enough and if I could I would rate her 10 stars! God bless you Deidre, and thank you for all you do!

I went to my friend's wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. Such a beautiful venue and the wedding was spectacular.our girl loved it the staff there was friendly and helpful.i wanted to mainly speak onto the bridal attendant Deidre who was assigned to my friend. She is truly meant for the job and has such a caring heart! She helped us around and made sure our bride was attended to with whatever she needed. She is super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She has that care taker compassion even when we got personal! She fulfilled roles our bride needed! I had my wedding at Crest Hollow in the emerald room and it was fantastic! I recommend it highly to anyone looking for any special occasion. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful!

Cocktail Hour was lacking. Pretzels, potato chips, cheese and crackers, olives, fruit etc, no meat, very limited passed hordourves. Dinner was buffet style with standard dinner fair. Nothing to write home about. The buffet opened at 10pm. Cocktail hour was at 7pm. The line for food snakes around the dance floor. By the time I ate it was 1045pm and they were closing the buffet and doing desert which was cookies, wedding cake and ice cream. We went to the diner after the wedding. Had I not sealed the envelope I would have pulled $100 out.

Crest Hollow was the first venue we toured on our venue search, and we fell in love the moment we pulled into the drive way. Leading up to our September 2023 wedding, we worked with Mark and Maria, and they were both fantastic! Super communicative and easy to work with! Our Maître d' was Al and our bridal attendant was Natalia - both were absolutely FANTASTIC and made the entire day run so smoothly. If anything went wrong during they day, we didn't know because they were both on top of it. We had our outdoor ceremony in the English Garden and our reception in the Emerald Room. Both were decorated exceptionally. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour by the pool. The food was also incredible! Our custom mocktails were also a huge hit. Everything went so perfectly, and we cannot recommend Crest Hollow Country Club enough. Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so special!

Absolutely amazing place to do events! Especially love the outdoor cocktail space with the pool, gazebo with fireplace! Plenty of seating and great service.

I attended a wedding of a friend of mine this evening and it was an absolute amazing event! Congratulations to the newlywed couple!

Crest Hollow was amazing from start to finish. All of our guests loved the food (we did as well!) our maitre ‘d and bridal attendant J. C and Karen were just so incredible throughout the entire day, making sure every little thing was taken care of. They both went above and beyond the entire day and night. We both are recommending crest hollow to everyone looking at getting married. The place is beautiful and they do a great job of taking care of you. Thank you so so much crest hollow for making our special day the most stress free possible.

Crest Hollow has gone downhill in the past several years. Cocktail hour was decent, the dinner itself was not good. The shrimp dinner was cold and the shrimp was undercooked, the steak dinner was over cooked and was cold as well. At least the mashed potatoes were made feom real potatoes. I would not book a party there. AND the bathrooms were downstairs. The acoustics were terrible and they allowed all the different parties to blast their music which mingled with other parties music. All in all, would not book an event there.

The best place to have your wedding! The customer service was impeccable! The food was everything! I love everything about this place! So many choices and different rooms to choose from. I will choose this place a million times again! My wedding was amazing and I’m still on cloud 9! I will forever remember crest hollow and the way they treated us. My guests are still talking about my wedding!

Attended a family wedding at this venue over the weekend, visually lovely venue, plenty of parking, food was good based on the wedding package by the bride & groom's family. So why the low rating? Service is HORRIBLE & SHAMEFUL we requested for a premade plate during cocktail hour for groom's parents as they were paying the bill, response: we don't do that, Its their responsibility.what? Horrible & rude! We had to address this issue with another person and they finally brought something over. We as guests had an issue with our server, he was not interested in working apparently. We asked KEVIN for coffee/tea for our table (4 times) he said yea then stood in the corner to talk with bartenders, totally ignored us, this is unacceptable! Another assisting server VIVIANA was extremely helpful she basically did everything! I actually felt bad for her, when she returned to the table with our main courses, 15 plates she carried she was bombarded by guests asking for water/coffee/tea because Kevin couldn't be bothered! If management is reading this (GIVE HER A RAISE, SHE DESERVES IT) Another family table next to us said the same thing the service is horrible, why do I need to ask 5x for anything and the server just ignores us? Hopefully management addresses these "bad apples" and find a solution to "bad service" by catering staff.

I had my wedding here and it was stunning, everything was beautiful and everyone was so friendly, the entire staff was very attentive. Deidre made sure everything we needed the day of our wedding we got, honestly it was the best experience for me, for my husband and the guest.

I just got married in crest hollow this past Sunday. It was a beautiful experience. The property was stunning. Karen was assigned to me as the my maître d’. I was a nervous wreck, but she kept me calm. The whole time kept me on schedule always had what I needed before I even asked her, and even if I did ask her for something, she always had it found a way to get it.

My husband and I got married a week ago. Our wedding was so beautiful and memorable. We had our ceremony at the English Garden and the cocktail by the pool. Crest Hollow did an amazing job for making our wedding a forgettable day for us. My bridal attendant Karen was the best for the night she was very nice and helpful. Our Maitre D’ was Brian he made sure everything went well. With anything we needed he was there and helped out. The food and service was on point our guests loved it.

I had an amazing experience at Crest Hollow for my wedding! From the sales manager Ryan to the event coordinator Maria and then the night was taken to a new level with the Maitre’De Lawrence and bridal attendant Karen.
They truly care about your event and give you great advice along the way. The outdoor cocktail hour is so unique for this area and my guest enjoyed it a lot.
The Viennese hour in the separate room was a big hit for my guests! I would highly recommend Crest Hollow for your wedding.

For the bride and groom, the personal golf cart for the photo shoot was much appreciated.

The night of the reception, Lawrence and Karen went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. From fixing my dress, coordinating family entrances, to ensuring we were fed, we felt very taken care of!

And at the end of the night, they helped us gather our leftovers, photo canvases, and brought it all to the car.

Had a phenomenal experience. Service was excellent and the venue was amazing. Karen did an awesome job taking care of every single detail and gave it her all. She was so caring and attentive! Thank you crest hollow for a magical night
