Place of harassment from dispatchers, the mother owner of this company who works is very rude too, they do not care about the driver at all

I was driving for this company one month, they are good stealing of money and waiting time, even customers paying for this waiting time, but this company stealing this.
I’m talking with proof, my advice for all drivers want to work with this company be careful make sure you write down every trips you done with reference number time, date, pick up location and drop of.

On the day of the event, the limousine arrived late, causing us to arrive late to the event. The driver was unprofessional, dressed in casual attire and was not very courteous or friendly. The vehicle itself was old and poorly maintained, with visible damage to the exterior and interior. The air conditioning was not working correctly, and the car was uncomfortably hot and stuffy, making it impossible to enjoy the ride.

To make matters worse, the driver was not familiar with the area and got lost multiple times, further delaying our arrival. It was a stressful and uncomfortable ride, and it was clear that the company did not care about providing quality service to their customers.

Overall, I would not recommend this limousine company to anyone. Their unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and shoddy vehicle made for an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable and reliable company for your transportation needs.
