Great customer service. Came in with a question about unlimited data for my iPad. Not only was I able to get unlimited data my bill was also reduced. The employee did a wonderful job solving my problem.

I was told a month ago I could add a second phone at no cost. Yet tried to charge me. Lost a long standing phone number because of their mix up.

I went to pay my phone bill witch was only supposed to be 60$ some how some way i ended up paying 79$ i received a text saying my "65$ payment was accepted" then received another text saying some changes were made to my account but the payment paid said 60$ why would you steal money from some one supporting your business witch was today they are a rip off and will get you for Your money i will be going back to boost mobile. I WILL BE CONTACTING COOPERATE THIEVES!

The girl in the store is rude she is not friendly AT ALL, she didn't know half the questions I asked her and had to keep calling her manager. Her attitude was the worst never go to this location West Main in Rochester or Spencerport all owned by same man.
