Croffle Factory, Buffalo NY

Discovered this hidden gem. Got a chocolate with toasted almonds and a strawberry one.

It looks and taste great. Love the texture, the outside has a crispy sugar coating and then a buttery, chewy center. I much prefer this over regular waffles.

Prices are reasonable, must try!

So good! I was nervous the croffle would get soggy after a longer drive, but it was warm, crispy, and so good. Highly recommend.

Hands down THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH! Staff is super welcoming and friendly. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The sweet crispy but soft and tender croffle is fantastic and could no doubt be eaten plain and would be out of this world, and just when you think it couldn't possibly get any better they add these glorious toppings. I have tried the tiramisu, chocolate almond, Oreo, and strawberry I don't think I could choose a favorite but if I had too the Oreo would be the winner. Do not sleep on this place. Stop what you are doing right now and go now you won't regret it! I have no pictures because well the boxes are empty

Each Croffle (waffle made from croissant dough/batter) was made fresh in front of me while I waited. The dough has a slight crunch to the outside yet soft on the inside. The lovely young man was very friendly and allowed me to video the small neat shop. He didn't know why I was filming.
The menu is small, but a lot of flavor.
I tried
Tiramisu (cocoa powder, coffee cream)
Strawberry (cream, strawberry puree/jam, and fresh strawberry)
Blueberry (cream, blueberry puree, fresh blueberry)
Chocolate (with almond slivers)
This happy young man filled each pocket of the croffle with cream or fruit.
I will definitely be returning. It is unique, taste but delicious.

Omg, the croffles that I had were soooo good. My kids loved them as well. Presentation was gorgeous and the owner was very kind. My kids were sleeping in the car and the owner did not mind to come out to help me to pay & delivered the food to my car. My favorite one was egg salad Croffle. Other ones were so tasty and you gotta try this place!

You can tell the owner really cares and the flavors are all unique. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

I got the egg salad sandwich croffle and it was so good! The egg salad was seasoned perfectly and the croffle was buttery, crispy, and flaky. I think the portion and quality is very good especially for such an affordable price! The interior is super cute and cozy and the owner told me that he did everything himself when fixing the place up which I think is super cool. This place is a must try, I cannot express enough how great it is!

I saw this place pop up on my Facebook page and decided to go for it. It was totally worth it, I ordered the Oreo, tiramisu (for hubby), churro, maple and egg salad. ALL OF THEM WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This is on now on my top places to go. Can’t wait to go back

Went on a whim and ordered from here on doordash because the pictures looked so good and WOW! When I say it looks even better in person. The waffle itself was super crispy with almost a toffee coating and the inside just melts in your mouth. It’s also cold so the toppings don’t melt/soak into the waffle and make it soggy like other dessert waffles I’ve tried. Service was also super fast which is a bonus. HIGHLY recommend. I hope this place blows up in Buffalo!

Absolutely delicious! We tried the strawberry, blueberry, ice cream, and egg salad croffles. Every single one was so good. The staff was very friendly, we will be back!

The presentation of croffles is exceptional - they're so beautifully crafted that they'd make perfect gifts. And the staff? Absolutely gems. She added toppings right after I placed my order, ensuring that the cookies were extra fresh. My favorites are the blueberry and cheese flavor. Especially the cheese flavor stood out, masterfully balancing both sweet and salty nuances. This combination was both surprising and exceptionally delightful Highly recommend!

Each Croffle has a wonderful flavor combination. The packaging is elegant and appealing. I tried strawberry, blueberry, tiramisu, churro and the original one. They are all incredibly delicious.

Picked up a pair of churro croffles. Wow! Amazing. The outside was crispy and the inside soft with thin layers. Ours were still warm and they were heavenly.

Going to have to try them all.

Do not sleep on this place.

Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, tasted great, and the presentation is top notch. The smooth slight bitterness of the cold brew complements the sweetness of the croffles perfectly so be sure to grab a cup of that as well.
It's like a small slice of NYC/Toronto in Buffalo.
Will definitely be returning and telling everyone I know to visit as well!

The chicken salad sandwich is the best that I ever had. The apple pie croffle is simply delicious. All offerings are reasonably priced. I plan to go back again.

I tried strawberry and tiramisu croffle with cold brew today:) I want to try their chocolate and churros croffle next time! It is going to be one of my best dessert place
