Crosby's - Arcade

I come in to Crosby’s almost daily and regardless of the time of day the “manager” is always outside on the phone which I understand is a part of her job but the other workers get left inside to pick up her slack because she’s too busy to help out. Not a very fair way to treat the employees that are busting their butts to get us customers what we need and want.

Catlyn and Crystal are 2 of the nicest girls that work there. I love this location and when they work there.

The two young ladies Cat and Haley working this morning were amazing.super friendly and made me a great breakfast.got me excited about the $1 coffee with the rewards card too

Catlyn was very polite and told me about the rewards and got me a card. Overall she was very nice and would recommend going to arcade Crosby’s.

LOVE THE NEW MANAGEMENT! Crystal and Haley are already turning the environment around! Finally a nice place to be again.

I’ve been a customer for 5 plus years also I enjoy going there every day seeing the hard working people that I know.the arcade crosbys has the most dedicated employees more than any of its surrounding areas! The food is awesome the store is clean the punctuality of employees is impressive they are a great team there keep it that way Haley smith, kajun, Neil, joselyn and Trevor! Your all the best best best working individuals there! That other girl she should not be a team leader she’s rude and still doesn’t know how to do prepaid cards it’s not ok it’s poor training

Really need to mark the assorted beer (aka the beer that fell off the back of the truck, so now we have to sell it at. 75 cents.to make some money back.) properly. This is the second time I have had this happen, the first time the dude behind the counter was swift enough to catch the error; the girl working tonight not so much. In what reality is 2 16oz cans of Steel Reserves worth 10 dollars (the 24oz cans of Steel Reserves used to sell for $1.99) ? Luckily the old dude working with her was swift enough to catch the mistake, and sorted it out but she was still acting like he didn't know what he was talking about, and that I was trying to get one over. Those two cans of Steel Reserves have been sitting on the black rack next to the Life Water for the past month (maybe even since Memorial Day.) now I can see why.

The girl working the cash register at 4: 30 on 7/19/19 is absolutely the most unprofessional little brat I have ever encountered! She has a bad attitude and no business working with the public.

I have never been into a better gas station! The friendliest ladies always smiling with great fresh food always ready!
