Had no cream for coffee for a week straight! I took a pint of milk from their Cooler and put it next to coffee station, the cashier then asked if I was going to pay for the milk and said I was stealing? What an ignorant confrontational human! Rude rude rude! Been going their every morn since it opened with no issues? Until this so called employee showed up. If this was my store I'd be irate. I'm 50 and never in my life seen anything like This? I will never patronize this store again. Will definitely following up with corperet offices. This is the first formal complaint I've made in my life. The situation was disgusting!

The food is great. Hard to beat the pizza for the price. Have never had a problem with the staff.

Hello, i was there on this location today on August 24,2021 @ 5: 45pm.
The sales person was a lady she was extremely rude, was gossiping with her friends, not paying attention to customers and when my turn came she yelled at me and tell me how to use the card in very rude, ironic and below the level voice tone. When i asked her to mind her tone and be polite she started yelling at me loud and asked me to get my stuff and leave the shop.when i asked for the bag to put my stuff in she said WE Dont carry the bag get it and go. She started cursing at me.very very dissatisfied with the service. That Mobil gass station was our go to stop and now we would never stop there no more. Bad service poor ethics……

Not happy with establishment. Stopped to get gas at this particular gas station in Wales, NY & was told they were closed even tho there were other customers there getting fuel for their vehicles no problem. I will not be spending my hard earned money at this establishment anymore.

This place says it opens at 5am.never is! I try and get gas before work.not open. Went by on March 2021 at 530.not open. I’m not the only one who has pulled in for gas and has to quickly turn out.

I brag on the pizza all the time, today I decided to try a Sub. And as bad as it sounds I would much rather go to subway for a sub. There was maybe 4 slices of cold steak on a Philly steak sub. Think I'll stick to the pizza from now on!

Did you know if you just ignore the customer at the register, they'll eventually get tired of it and leave. Then you won't have to ring them out. Just don't make eye contact. Good help is hard to find.
