These people are so nice to work with. If they are out of something it only takes one day to get it. So convenient.

I used to use CVS for my medicine. What a disaster. Could never reach a pharmacist. I switch to CBC. The best. I call they pick up with and there so polite. And the delivery is the best. Polite boys that deliver. Ty Jesus for CBC

My local pharmacy closed and I heard very good things about Crossbay Chemist. Especially the fact they deliver. They aren't particularly swift and their delivery system is not good. Last month I called them in the morning to have my prescription delivered that day. I waited all day. I called them at 8: 30pm to find out what was going on, only to find out my prescription was still sitting there. Same thing happened to my husband's two weeks after. They need to get their act together on this. Medical prescriptions are important as much as the people who rely on them for their health. Also the prescriptions aren't "processed" the day you call it in. That does not seem to be a priority with them. Also, the girls that work in the pharmacy area are rude, bratty have nasty attitudes and are particularly disrespectful to the elderly. They do not like to be of assistance. The manager needs to step up, and take control and responsibility for his staff.
Also be very, very careful about what you get charged. Always check with your insurance company about co-pays and bring it with you along with your insurance company's phone number. And ALWAYS check the quantity of pills. Mine got SERIOUSLY changed due to negligence. I was FURIOUS!

Zero stars if I could. We got tired of how RUDE and entitled every female is at the front counter, speaking to us in nasty tones and acting as if us walking in or calling in about a prescription just bit into their gossip time or tapping their fakes nails on the counter (except the lovely adult brunette who is very kind and helpful). The young man who works the counter is pleasant. The pharmacists are full of $#! + and don't ever take the time to deal one on one with customers unless they personally know you. I'm sick of them lying about the availability of prescriptions and putting the customer last. They are insanely overpriced and not worth it. We took our prescriptions to a different pharmacy out of the neighborhood, get to speak with the pharmacists if needed, enjoy dealing with the staff, get our deliveries on time and pay HALF what I paid at Crossbay. It's a complete win. If Frank had kept the small store, type of staff he had then, lower prices and no B. S. We would have stuck with Crossbay, but we don't go places that clearly treat us as unwanted. We KNOW we aren't the only ones with these complaints about the business. Speak up people. While Frank and his wife sit back counting their you could be treated better elsewhere. Then, when they start to lose business maybe they will realize they've gone off track.

Cross Bay Chemist is the best! I switched from CVS to Walgreens thinking I would get better service. It was worse. I’ve been with Cross Bay Chemist over a year now. My meds are always on time. They are professional and helpful. But best of all, you are treated like a person. Great place for all your pharmacy needs.

Extremely RUDE and inconsiderate staff. POOR customer service! DISRESPECTFUL to elderly customers. Horrible experiences.
