I went to Cross Island Tire for new tires on my SUV. Their location is extremely convenient, and I was met with friendly and accommodating employees as soon as I pulled in. I thought I’d be waiting for a significant amount of time, being I was replacing all 4 tires. The staff worked efficiently, and I was back on the road in under an hour. Thank you to everyone at Cross Island Tire & Wheel for an amazing experience!

Had a sidewall tear in one of the tires so went to this place based on Yelp reviews. The guy was super nice and helpful. Found the exact tire I needed with good tread depth and offered a very reasonable price. Everything was great until I got home. I wanted to release some air because the pressure was a bit high and that's when I realized the guy messed up my rims: huge rash and scuff. I am so upset, I always try to be so careful with these rims. I feel like I just got a "you get what you pay for" experience. When I contacted the business owner, I was asked to bring back the wheel so they can fix it. That's when things got even worse. When I went to pick up my wheel, they couldn't find my black wheel because they had painted it chrome. Now they apparent can't match the paint so they wanted me to bring the second wheel from the same side. Unfortunately, they ruined both of the wheels. Poor paint job with colors not even close to the factory finish. Orange peel effect and cheap color that doesn't match my other wheels. Not to mention, all the time I lost and wasted. What a horrible experience. Never again!

This place is amazing! The nicest people I have ever dealt with, and the quality and care of their work is spectacular. I had a dented front motorcycle rim that they repaired on the spot. I highly recommend this place.

You did good work on my car wheel but the way u handle ur customer is not good personally I don’t wanna write this review but I don’t wanna create a drama there i felt like i was begging for ur services the thin spanish guy with tattoos i will definitely be@@ his as# if i see out somewhere the way he said I don’t know what u talking about, i can squez@ him right there but definitely see him out sometime also not recommending this place to anyone

Fantastic experience! Came in because the dealer said that 3 of my rims were bent and causing the vibration I was experiencing. They quickly got all the wheels off the car and let me know only 2 rims were bent (one had a tire that wasn’t perfectly round). Could’ve easily charged me for 3 and I wouldn’t have known the difference.

Took only about 30-40 minutes to straighten the 2 wheels and get me on my way. Fairly priced and great service!

Came to get a tire I purchased online and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Fair pricing, no nonsense shop.

Stopped by on my way home from work because my tire was losing air rapidly. They were friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. I pulled in around 5: 30, they patched me up quickly, and I was out before 6. So efficient. Thanks, guys!

Came in for a vibration at 60mph thinking I had lost a wheel weight. Turns out both my front wheels were bent. They quickly made them round again and the car rides perfect.

They did a fantastic job in repairing my wheels. You can also change the colors of wheels, Always will recommend them.

My Daughter-in-Law had a nail in her tire. First she went to the Hyundai dealer where she purchased the SUV. They wanted $240 plus tax and labor for a total of $400. I told her to go to Cross Island Tire and Wheel. The next day it took only 15 minutes to replace the tire. The total charge was only $240 plus tax. Zero charge for labor. When it comes time to replace her tires it is a no-brainer where she will go.

I appreciate these guys. When I pull in, there is typically no wait. You tell them what you need, and they get right on it and get the job done fast. Prices are fair. I’ve gone there for wheel repairs, to swap out my summer and winter set, to fix flats, and to mount new tires I ordered from tire rack. Every time they got me out quickly with no problems. Just what you want from a neighborhood tire place.

Where am I going to change four tires they stole all the little things off all four wheels. And they scratched all my wheels.
