CrossFit South Brooklyn reviews
7I like the circuit process and high intensity training. I prefer starting on tread for warming up and getting my body ready for rowing and then weights.
Dropped in for the week and loved every minute of every workout. The community is so friendly, coaches are awesome, and times and rates so convenient. Considering moving here to make this my home box!
I can't say enough good things about CrossFit South Brooklyn. Great facility, great community, great results. What else do you want from a gym? I would recommend this place to literally anyone.
This is one of the best CrossFit gym in the world. The coaches and staff are extremely professional, caring, and attentive. The programming of workout cycles are designed for strength and endurance. The community is fantastic!
This place is one of the reasons why I love living in Brooklyn.
I've been going here for a month, I'm a complete newbie to crossfit but I'm so glad I joined. First of all they are very professional and are great at training beginners (you have 3 beginners sessions to learn the moves before you're allowed to join classes) and during the workouts they are very helpful and supportive. Over all the branch is well run and executed and the workouts are challenging but doable for all stages. I look forward to continuing please G-d and I definitely recommend cfsbk:)
I’ve been coming here for the better part of a year. It’s a good gym when it comes to quality of classes and instructors. Most people here are long term users who come. They are all about inclusions and openness.except when it comes to their money. I was on auto renew and realized I needed to downgrade my plan after the cut off and I asked them to convert the prorated balance to a lower tier. Didn’t expect such a resounding NO. I wasted a month of a membership I didn’t get the use out of because of their intransigence.
I still go there because there is no other comparison to the extent of programming they have. As soon as I find somewhere else, I’m changing though.
