Crossgates Mall, Albany NY

I always have a great time here I get everything I need and more it's my favorite place.

Definitely not the nice mall I used to go to years ago and now hearing about all of the trouble, that’s a shame.

The Cajun food spot was not good at all. Had a very bland taste to the rice and vegetables. I went here to go to the new Primark store. The store is nice and clean and would go back, but not the food.

Such a Big Mall. But unfortunately no TD Bank's ATM. Requesting to introduce TD Bank's ATM.

Getting run down but still a good selection of stores compared to many malls. Beware of teen's, recently violent activity especially in evening.

It's Crossgates. There are a lot of options for most categories of stores. One of the biggest advantages is their entertainment for kids and adults. BillyBeez and the trampoline park on the top floor are great for young children and parents to play together. Apex downstairs has a lot of options you can't see from the storefront. There are also multiple escape room experiences throughout the mall.

Stopped by this mall to use the Tesla charger and massive parking lot. Lots of shops to explore but difficult to find the bathroom

Loved the ambiance of the mall and bathrooms clean. 110 Grill was delicious and the staff pleasant. Primark staff was very helpful and happy workers. They helped me get to the bathroom with my grandson. Lego store was a very unpleasant experience. The workers picked and chose the people they felt needed to be greeted. Don't go there, order from Amazon.

The violence is unreal and so bad that the police have an office onsite. Gunfire and riots are extreme. Going to the mall used to be the best back in the day.now they are millions of dollars in debt. I've lived in Guilderland all my life, I'll never go back.

I have been going to Crossgates Mall for years, ever since I first came to Albany. It is definitely the biggest mall in the area (sorry Colonie Mall!) and has the most variety. I take a star off simply because of security concerns at times (i.e. Shootings at the mall) but those reports have been few and far between in my experience.

One of the best malls in NY, so many stores, parking is always great, some of the best foods in the food court. Especially Kong Dog! On the downside sometimes there’s too much foot traffic but hey that just means that mall is so good everyone wants to be there on their free time.
