Love the Staff and everyone here. Spencerport is a great town to live and specially living here at Crossroads. The maintenance team is so friendly and great at what they do. Service request are done within a day which is so fast.
Horrible place to live stay away. Rent keeps increasing but quality of apartments is horrid. Mold. Electrical issues list goes on. A shooting happened not too long ago scary stuff. Stay away not worth it and definitely not worth the rent they charge
New management is amazing! Nice backyard area & maintenance is very nice
I think the best thing about living here is my neighbors, friendly and helpful especially Tyler. Management is available it seems all the time which makes it easy to see someone face to face to discuss any issues. The apartment itself is great except windows and door but rumor has it that there already replacing them so problem solved. I would recommend living here to anyone who wants to rent a place that feels as close to home as you can get without the hassles of ownership.
Julie, Bonny, and Rita were all very professional, responded quickly, and answered all the questions we had, would definitely suggest this place to friends.
