I just left here. Two homeless people started threatening an employee who apparently caught them trying to steal. Unfortunately, such situations have become regular occurrences at this rundown, rather depressing Crossroads location. Shop here if you want to feel like you're at a poorly stocked Salvation Army store.

I’ve seen a couple of reviews on here mentioning “not a lot of selection”. I believe the reason for this is because the employees look for trends instead of good quality clothing. They offered me more money for a pair of Levi jeans than they did for a pair of unworn designer boots. They offered me $10 for boots that retailed for $300! They also threw one of the shoe boxes away when returning some shoes to me. Not a fan of this place!

Update: I returned to sell on 10/2/2022, and even made an appointment to sell. I arrived to a rude check out girl and manager who told me they couldn’t honor the reservation because they already stopped buying for the day. SO DONE with this location and will only be going to Buffalo Exchange from now on! Never doing business again. Please close this location! The employees couldn't be more unhelpful or rude!

TLDR: if you want your money's worth for resale girlies, forget this place or The Real Real. Head uptown and find a legitimate consignment shop that will vouch you 50% for your items! This place is rude and will make a run for your things, and hand you Pennies.

Update: this place will sell disgusting fast fashion things for $10-15 a pop for cash grabs instead of a carefully curated wardrobe of brand name/artisanal genuine one of a kind clothing. Don't sell here. Things will go amiss if you opt for overnight selling. They will then say they're not responsible for missing clothing. Terrible practice. Go learn how to sell on eBay if you want more than a tax refund on your designer purchases.

Love this place. I may have given them my money but thanks to them have $600+ shoes in my closet that I would have never otherwise purchased full price.

CrossRoads have very good selection of clothes recently, compare to Buffalo Exchange what’s basic trash since a while, so I stopped going there. The stuffs here is just very rude and not friendly, seem like they hate working there.beside that very nice and I always leave with an item! Keep it like that, just please be nicer and more helpful! My new fav spot:)

Crossroads is a great thriftstore. Their prices are reasonable, there are tons of great pieces for every style, and there are plenty of items listed at 50% off. Currently they are not allowing people to try things on as several other retail spots are doing, but they have extended their returns to 10 days as long as you have your receipt and keep the tags on, which sets them apart from other thrift stores. The store was clean and organized, I had a great time!

I found a couple of great deals, and sold clothes that I did not need anymore. I highly recommend if you are looking for good quality clothes at a fair price.

Not much of a selection and rude staff. Don't bother to ask for help, it's too hard for them ig. The selection is very limited and overpriced as well, disappointing.

This is the worst spot to sell your clothes. The people there were very rude and it’s such a scam because I brought in two bags of clothes and a pair of Jordans. They took my Nike windbreaker, Jordan’s, and adidas. Guess how much they gave back? $30! Like what? Never coming back ever again! WORST PLACE!

I would not recommend this place. They give you no more than 10% in cash (even though it says 30% on the website). Guys who work there know nothing about brands and don’t even bother checking the retail price. They just make up some numbers. But in fact your item are going to be sold for a good price. Like completely beaten up sandals which I personally would throw away were on sale for over $200

Awesome thrift finds. You might get lucky if you find markdowns at half off. They’re spread out all throughout the store.

BEWARE of selling your closet clean-outs here! After dropping off THREE full bags of clothes (some with tags, designers like WOLFORD, JUICY COUTURE etc) I was told I would not receive cash back, and they donated all three bags. I understand what I signed for, but I find it incredibly hard to believe that not one item could be bought by this company. I feel like I've been robbed, and I cannot do anything about it but warn future shoppers not to make the same mistake that I did. Although they made it clear that I was signing off for items to be donated, they denied my request to be called if none of my items could be bought. I live far from the city and just wanted a courtesy call. I 1000% would have taken the trip to pick up my three full bags, had I known. Never did I expect for them to "donate" every single item! I assume a lot of my clothes will be on their racks to be sold right from under me. THIEVES.

TOTAL SCAM. BE AWARE. I took a bag full of items to sell recently Actually on August 26,2020 to be exact. They made me come back two days later august 28th and gave me $13 cash. I got home and realized they took a pair of zara jeans brand new from my bag, Brand new Mules from ego official and Brand new Zara bag

The money I’ve gotten should’ve been atleast $25-30

Such a total scam. Don’t sell to them. Go to Buffalo exchange or list it on Poshmark. I am so disappointed and will be reviewing this on my YouTube channel. Such a scam.

This “thrift” store is terrible. Very limited selection and they don’t buy any of the clothes you try to sell them. Goodwill and REAL thrift stores are 100x better. Don’t waste your time here.

I come here very often, convenient trading, friendly staff and clean goods.
The price of bags are low, which is good for buyer.

I’ve been thrifting at Crossroads for over a year now and always had a great experience! I found what I needed most of the time & it definitely doesn’t give off an overwhelming feeling when u come into the store!

I consigned my Philip Lim medium satchel there for sales. It was rarely used so very good condition. They sold it and sent me a check of one hundred something dollars (they told me on the phone the first time I called to check the status). The check never arrive so I called again and again to follow up. After waiting for more than a year and called numerous times, in the final call, they said they would only give me USD 55. I said that was not what I was sold and asked what the basis that was. At the end, they just sent me USD55. I was totally passive. I suggest you have second thought when you consign your goods with them. Once you pass over your goods, you are totally passive. If the place is not ethical, you get only what they give you.
