Crotona Park reviews
18Love this park wish the bathrooms were open that's not right a park this big they have porta sans but there freaking filthy and I don't believe people that litter when there's plenty of garbage pales in this park i was there yesterday
The is a beautiful lake area. Great for birdwatching and clearing ones mind. However, folks that visit this place (and their badass children) needs to stop throwing trash and other debris in the water. Parks and Recs has let this area go. The algie is over grown and top of the water is completely green and nasty looking. But when this area taken care of, the view is breath taking.
This the Park where my wife works at! Haven't grilled in this park yet.but I'm going to make it happen!
Another nice Park but with no parking. It is large and has a complete tennis center in the middle of it
Cool place nothing to go crazy over, there are a couple of times when they throw events for the public and that's cool.
It was Old Timers Day when I was there and this year for me I didn't have such a good time because it was extremely humid and a few of the folks I went with just didn't have that groove and it rubbed off and made part of my time miserable otherwise the Park was rocking
Crotona Park is a very beautiful park with the exception of certain areas the park maintenance could be a lot better then what it is
Pretty much grew up here. I remember the row boats in the 80's. This place will always be close to my heart.
I loved this park was so big very spacious place to go and just enjoy your day this place is so big at least like 10 blocks wide they have alpt of different areas in the park to move around in u can come here just to spend your day was very clean people very respectful
Crotona park is a great place to have fun, with your family, and enjoy, the playgrounds and barbecue,
It's an ok park. You can enjoy doing whatever you like. I think it needs more grass; it's too muddy.
Very large Park with a large and beautiful this complex. Parking is a big problem other though. They have a playground at one end of the park. It is very largely filled with talks to walk around in but it is in the middle of a bad neighborhood so you have to be very careful.
The water lake Indian park looks horrible fill with garbage constantly and you're starting to see you a little bit more gang activities
Beautiful Big Park. Lovely trees nice walking running space. Basketball, tennis, handball courts! Space for kids to play. You can BBQ, Picnic, read books, workout, yoga, talk with friends.
Love my summertime at crotona park every year with tools of war djs & summer stage this is real hip hop music at its finest
My family came early to play before movies under the stars started. We walked around an ended up in a cute little playground. There are alot of them in this huge park. This is a great place to take your little ones to play, walk around, and explore. There is also a public pool here and beautiful tennis courts.
The Birth of where Hip Hop started, in the Bronx, us ole school fans of the music from the earliest years gather in Crotona Park in the Bronx every year every Thursdays in the summer to remember those who were/are an integral part of THIS historical movement
Beautifully maintained park with lots of picnic areas, huge trees, open grassy areas and play areas for older and younger kids. Great job park department!
