It is a very big place, three floors including the basement there is more than enough machines for everyone. Well worth the membership

Has what you need to train mostly everything working or they fix them fast
only thing that they close at 11 pm and not 12 and also Saturday and Sunday at 9 which not comfortable for me

I tried a day pass because I wanted to see if I should change my gym from planet fitness to crunch. I like to go to the gym when it’s dead. I checked the crowd meter, which said it wasn’t busy. When I walked in, everyone and they mama was on top of each other. It’s mad dark inside. Everything looks dingy and run down. Their locker room looks exactly like a locker room in a basement would be? Planet fitness on Rockaway Ave is wayy better and well kept.

This been my home gym for 7 years, always loved having access to 4 floors & all of the equipment one could possibly need. Great people & even better atmosphere!

I went here for a few years. I really like going here. But I had to move to another state this past April and plus their 10 bucks went up to 20 bucks over a period of time. I did keep them until I moved. 5 stars for the staff who were all nice and the astomsphere was always pleasant and welcoming. And no one ever hugged the machines during my time there.

Great facility, absolutely worst customer service possible. Took me 3 cancelations, multiple extra bills, and 0 communication from crunch finances until 6 months later, to cancel a membership i planned to have for 2 months. Absolutely horrible customer service and outreach.

I honestly go here because of the convenience. It’s a decent gym. Occasionally it takes a while for me to find certain equipment but apart from that, it has everything you need for a starter gym.

It is a shame that I was just informed of a bill for almost $500 for personal training when I was not even informed that I was still being charged when the trainer and the gym has my number and have not called me and informed me of any bill or provided any service I will not be paying or returning to this gym

During this time of corona I am astounded at the fact that people were allowed to work out with no mask and in close proximity to one another. The layout sucks already which makes it less than pleasant to workout but with maskless people coming into your personal space I know i won’t be working out there again. I should call 311 and report them

This Crunch gym keeps charging my account, even though I requested cancellation due to Covid and my health issues. The manager has not responded in over 2 weeks.

Called to cancel my membership, and they said I need to come in to cancel.

I walked to the gym, and they said I needed to email to cancel WTH.

Okay, they definitely need a dedicated deadlift area. They should put a platform downstairs in the half of the floor they have reserved for a few extra machines that don't fit elsewhere. Other than that, pretty standard. They only have 1 squat rack which is a little limiting.

So confused why this gym doesn’t even do the bare minimum of cleaning. There isn’t one floor that’s clean. If you guys had standards when it came to cleaning, the customers would follow foot and do the same but since you guys are so disgusting why should anyone else want to clean

Love my gym! Plenty of space and equipment, and never too crowded! They always have some fun little contests going on which keeps things exciting
