We went for pizza and they had just opened. The pizza was wonderful and the service was great.

I ordered a salad that claimed to have sirloin steak in it. It is not sirloin steak, it is in fact steak-umm.

Our pizza crust was raw, we were told to pre heat our oven. Ordering on a 99 degree day is avoiding turning on the oven. Owner hid in the back when we returned it. Never again.

The plate was saturated with the ingredients I asked for. I couldn’t even find the food, as if they dumped half the bottle of each ingredient. Also this was the 2nd time they delivered the food with no utensils, I’m at work I had to leave to go get something to eat with.

I'd heard about the Crust for a little bit but leaving 10 minutes further away from it than my regular pizza joint (and having to drive past two or three others to get there) I hadn't made it a priority.

Well I did tonight and I'll be driving past those other joints on the regular now.and waving them goodbye. Prices are comparable to a regular chain pizza joint, maybe a touch cheaper but the quality?

To die for.

Masses of melty delicious cheese, more toppings than I've seen in ages and just delicious taste. We had half a chicken cordon bleu and half a Honey mustard chicken and it was just delightful, so much meat, the cheese is good quality and flavorful and the sauce was a hint not a drowning. Surprisingly not greasy but still packed with flavor.

And they call it the crust for a reason. The base and the crust I'd be happy to eat on their own. Super delicious and just right, no sign of chewiness or dryness. A great quality pizza that I will be enjoying for many visits to come!

I order the salads from Crust often! It's so convenient for me during my lunch break to run over there. The people are so nice and most importantly, the salads are so good. There is NEVER a lack of toppings and for a salad of that size to be 8/9/10 dollars is literally a steal. I haven't had any of the other food but I'm sure it's just as great. Always a repeat customer as long as I work in the Penfield/ER area! Support small:)

I've never met a pizza I didn't like. This is good pizza. I prefer more sauce and a crispier crust.

Best pizza in East Rochester, six stars if possible. Incredible and consistent customer service, even in snow storms! I've been a patron of theirs for 10 years. Thank you so much Nick, Joy, Torrie, and crew. You guys are outstanding.

Buyer beware. They have 3 places they list their prices but only one of them is correct. Their official website is incorrect. So is the one on Google. Their menus in the building are correct, so I guess the third time is the charm! They will not explain this to you until you question the absurdly different price, (at least in our case.)

We found them online and used the menu provided us on Google, which can be updated by just a few clicks. The price we expected was the one closer to 12 dollars per pizza and we were very excited. However upon hearing the price we decided to head on in and pick it up ourselves as maybe there was a wild delivery fee. There wasn't, the prices were wrong.

I watched my girlfriend's interaction with the young man upfront, he wasn't equiped to answer her questions on why the prices were different. So a manager was eventually called, which was nice. However, he raised his voice more than was necessary at her saying how our prices were out of date and then explained she needed to do her research better. Afterwards he eventually walked up and spoke to her like a paying customer.

This interaction tells me that he was aware of the problem, so much so that he was irritated that it came up again which I think is why he was already first irritated. His handling of the issue was way worse than the young man he was supervising.

Had we not already gotten the kids super excited about pizza it would have been cancelled immediately even though we had just watched the pizzas go in the oven.

The people that run the place can't be bothered to fix their pricing on their actual website and won't treat you like you matter when you come in.

Pizza was okay, wings were okay. So no knocks on their food but it's definitely not worth the inflated price nor the way they speak to you about something that is caused by their lack of follow through.

Hopefully this helps everyone else do their research, or maybe inspires the bare minimum to be met when displaying pricing that you have control over.

10/10 best GF pizza I have had. I am pretty sensitive and have not gotten sick. Flour is in the air and its a pizza place so I accept there is a possibility of cross contamination, but so far so good.and I eat a lot of these pizzas. Staff is friendly but not annoyingly talkative or overfriendly and the prices are fair.

Pizza was dry and lacked flavor. Felt like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours and reheating it in the oven had the crust hard.

Excellent garbage plate. Ask for meat sauce on the side if you like it less spicy. Good pizza and wings too.

The second you pick up your pizza box, you'll realize that you've been bamboozled. Their pizza has less substance or chew to it than a $4 frozen Mama Cozi pizza from Aldi. Those are great for $4, but it's kind of disappointing to get Mama Cozi pizza at pizzeria prices.

While you wait for your food to come out, relax and enjoy watching the flies swarm around the ceiling of the dining area which looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1989.

The wings were absolutely fine, no complaints there.

There are far better options nearby. This place really needs to up its game.

I have always liked crust a lot but tonight we waited about an hour and a half for our pizza. We called them and they said they were leaving to bring it to us. However, we live 5 minutes away and it still took almost 20 min. My daughter waited up after her bedtime to have a piece of pizza. Very very unhappy with the service.

Subs not bad but wont be going again.when entering 2 employees weren't wearing masks. The one who waited on us did put his mask on but the one cooking the food still wore no mask

Randomly found this place and was not expecting to have it become one of my top three places of all time. Crust is perfect texture. Sauce is tomato, sweet, tangy balanced. Cheese is just right, not too much, not to little. Toppings are plentiful but not overpowering. Anyone who complains about their pizza just doesn’t get it.

And they are just about the nicest people. Such good service!

I've had nothing but great experiences with the food and staff here. It's the only pizza place I go to now.:)

Hating this place is an understatement. I asked for a small steak sub with mozzarella cheese, spinach, green peppers, onions and boss sauce. I forgot to ask for a drink after I paid so I asked how much a drink was and was told $2.39 or I could just go to Village Fair next door and pay way less for a can of pop. I mean, thanks man for saving me $2.39 but I wish I would have saved the $9.07 for the skimpy steak sub that was mostly ALL bread. Is there like a steak shortage I do not know of because this is extremely uncalled for. The bread was way too much, so sadly I had to eat the inside of the bread and just threw the sub itself in the trash. They even forgot my boss sauce so I had to ask for a side of it. Still, this was not worth $9.07. I am highly disappointed that the locals were raving about this place, like.why? Sadly I will not be returning EVER. Please save your money. I'd rather travel to the city and get a steak sub for $6 or $7. I'll spend the gas, as the only reason why I ended up here was because it was highly spoken of and next door to my apartment. Sigh. I feel robbed.

First time ordering through door dash, got a cheeseburger plate and chef salad. Food was fair but plate would have been better if it had all the sauces instead of only being able to order just one! Added a comment to the comment section but didn’t add! Disappointed as that’s the point of a plate. Cheeseburger was a little pink, Other than that food was fair.
