Cryo Energy, New Hyde Park NY

The staff is beyond friendly. Everyone takes such great care of their patients. The clinic is super clean and spacious. I will be a regular to them.

Review:
I went to Cryo Energy at the Upper East location for Fraxel and had an excellent overall experience. I have had IPL but had not ever had Fraxel, which is a more intense laser than the IPL, so I was a bit nervous.
I had a tiny bit of trouble finding the buzzer, the location is in a dental office in the basement so I called the technician, Rahim, and he helped me immediately.
Rahim was very personable and calming and immediately took time to to talk to me once he directed me to the to the room (there were two, one for prep, one for the procedure with the machine). He definitely helped to calm my nerves. The first step was that he applied the cooling/numbing creme, which needed to stay for 20 minutes before the procedure.
My only note here: remember to get the wifi password at the beginning in case you need it:)
When Rahim returned after finishing with his other client, I was directed to the room with the technical equipment. I received cover for my eyes and then he started with the Lazer. It feels like little hot shocks is the best way I can describe it. He did 8 passes on the cheeks and then did the rest of my face - forhead, chin, upper lip, then under eye and nose. Rahim told me that he normally does a swipe then waits a minute and cools in between, but that he was going a little more rapidly for me (which I appreciated because I just wanted it done!). Also, he used the medium setting because it was my first time - which I also appreciated because I would rather see how my skin reacts and go back than over do it with a strong lazer. Next time I will try the stronger lazer with the breaks in between - gonna need 'em because it is INTENSE.
Afterwards, my skin felt hot and looked red like a sunburn, but was tolerable. I am writing this the next day and the tingling has subsided, but I am definitely still red like a sunburn, although, not so much on my forehead. I am looking forward to the results.
Do know that there is downtime after this procedure and you shouldn't be in the sun for at least 5-7 days.
The pricing he gave me for the next time was also very reasonable for what it is and I will definitely be back! I had a great overall experience and highly recommend!

I love this place. I come here after a intense workout and it helps me recover super fast. I am a bodybuilder so it helps alot.

No way I would trust Cryo Energy! Cheap laser treatments advertised on Groupon. From the minute you walk in the door, you know you are not in a quality place. CHEAP is written all over the place, from the waiting room to the very cramped surroundings in treatment rooms, including the lack of medical knowledge by staff! Beware.

Infrared sauna was a great experience at a great price. Max was extremely kind and helpful. As soon as I'm ready for my next one, I'll be back!

Have a bad back problem come here at least once a week and I love the place the staff is very knowledgeable and they help u with everything! Plus I think the cryotherapy really works haven’t had pain in my back since I started coming here!

I cant tell u how great this place is. Im. So thankful i found this place. I go here for Fraxel. I burned my skin a few months ago because I'm in a warv with my hyperpigmentation. Being that im black. It bothers me. Anyway, i burned my skin and made my hyperpigmuworse and i have bad scars. This place has been a God send. I went to other fraxel places in the area and they don't compare. I come here from NJ and that says a lot. Nisha is the greatest and i highly recommend. She is very nice, helpful and patient. I give this place 5 stars to the 5th power. I cant wait til my next Fraxel session

I have been going to cryo energy for weeks now and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, location has lots of parking and the environment is clean. The entire process was explained to me in detail. I feel amazing after every session. They also have amazing packages and deals. High recommend this place.

Place is great for laser and cryo. Very quite and peaceful! Staff is amazing and very courteous. Cryo helps a lot with body inflammation and helps your body feel super fresh and active. I have done it several times and will continue. Prices are affordable too

I have been training to run a full marathon. I did my first whole body cryotherapy and felt immediate relief of my soarness and muscle tension. At first I was nervous and scared of the treatment, but the staff was amazing. Sam made me feel very comfortable. Also, the place is amazing. Clean environment. Relaxing music with top notch service. This was my experience at this location.
I feel like I got more for my money. I went in for full body cryo and Sam gave me time in the normatec & complimentary local. The service was amazing! Sam and Rahim walked me through the entire process. After only one session my body felt a lot better. I will definitely be coming back!

Omg I’m love of this place! They have amazing service they really make you feel comfortable! They are removing the hair of my beard and my face now looks super clean, and they have the best prices too! You have to go you will not regret!
