I’ve worked with the CSG Partners team on a number of different transactions, all of which have been a great experience. When it comes to ESOP’s, the firm is top notch – they are knowledgeable, detailed, credible, and are authentic. Additionally, they are able to advise their clients throughout the whole ESOP transaction from structuring the deal, to securing financing, to closing – they know how to simplify a complex process and execute on behalf of their clients.
