Absolutely horrible. At first, they wouldn’t start my employment bc I had caffeine in my system and didn’t pay me until 2-3 weeks after my start date. Then They gave me a pay rate of 18/hr and brought me down to 17.66/hr, I didn’t speak of it. I was working 56 hours and they never paid me overtime, I asked them about it and they agreed to pay my overtime but they’re cutting my rate down to 15/hr, I declined and expressed it was illegal for them to do that. They then fired me? Without telling me? Only told me after I submitted my time sheet…. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

My daughter worked for them and the staff (at their Washington heights location) had the odacity to give copies of my daughter's paystubs, personal info etc to the patient. The patient actually show me the papers. When I went to demand an explanation, they were clueless and a few weeks later the site was closed.
SCAM!

The caregiver were really helpful, the office staff are nice. They work really hard at taking care us. They are very accommodating. They are responsive to my needs and they are always available. I like that. I like that I can contact them 24/7.

C&T is the best homecare agency in US. As a patient, I'm very pleased with their service and they are cooperative too. Keep up the good work C&T

Well I been working for this great agency for several years and never missed a payment and any issues about work or anything, there is always someone to call me back and solve it. I completely and honestly recommend it ️

Very Very bad experience. New York city should close this kind of fraud agency. Never do work with this company.

They are big cheaters and liers!
I received services from them they didn't paid aid on time.
And they are identity theft.
They get signatures from patient on blank paper and abused that documents.

Even I left their agency they keep calling us and threatening us. And some of their worker called me and told me I am from village care max.

Village care max hired me to renew your medicaid. When I called village care max to confirm from them they said no they didn't hired anyone for renewal. They are identitytheft. And they advised me to complain against them to higher department. Lier!

After applying second time and giving alot of bribery.
He has internal relationships with CEO of Health first.
He always preserved his most beautiful ladies office workers to other men free to get lead.
They are fraud.

They steal money for sure! Stay away from this agency. Check your w2 form- than you know how much they steal from you.

It’s always something with the paychecks, I’m honestly sick of it - I’m calling labour of law payroll is the worst! I’m owed almost 2,000 in back pay - I highly WOULDN'T recommend! Run

Village care max has sent them various notifications that for grandmother's case for CDPAP is flexible but they are refusing to pay me or give me an issue.

I had home care with this agency for my mum. I had my own workers through the cdpap program. They are very dishonest. They cheated worker out of her pay. Insurance paid them and they did not pay my worker what she was owed. I haven’t forgotten it though. If I could rate them less than one star I would. Their staff are always twisting things to their benefit. They cannot be trusted.

This is a excilent home care agency. They really care about their patients and do more then they suppose to do. I appreciate them very much.

Awful place, awful people. They don’t give any support neither to patients nor HHA. They also do illegal things, like not paying the hours worked. They are dishonest people.

I’ve found C&T to be the only reliable Home Care service provider in NYC. My uncle Tauqir Rahman is currently taking their service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone whoever is looking for an agency.
