CTown Supermarkets reviews
9This place is in a convenient spot. However the food prices is very expensive. The costumer Services uncomfortble is not welcoming. They will profiles the black customers especially the men following them around the store. The community is very diverse however there's is an language barrier with the employees and customers. Because they speak spanish only the workers will get very agitated when asked questions it can be very frustrating for both customers and employees. Being an community member for over 20 years I have never seen that place of business practice diversity in the workforce. They do not hire others that represent the community they serve. It has not always been C-Town but it seems like the management don't respect the community diverse taste in food choices. Very limited international food. I only buy there when it's absolutely necessary. Because of my experience with this place I rather go to Long Island and other places to shop. This store need better public relations.
It's okay for an emergency purchase. However if you want a wide selection, your not going to find it here.
It's just a normal ctown supermarket in the hood. No real health conscious things, no wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Just your basic stuff. The up side is if you are vegan or vegetarian, there are some patties, sausages and meat substitutes in the freezer section. Pescatarians have a selection of frozen seafood products to choose from but not a vast selection. But if you are strictly plant base eater, I guess you could use some of the produce there. Idk if it's the freshest but I have my little spot in that area where I get great, cheap fruits and vegetables that I love. Who can get like 4-5 varieties of fruits for less than $5? ! And some rare spices I see astronomically priced online are there for $1 Or less? ! I wish that place was featured online. But maybe I don't, because everyone would go there and I wouldn't get yummy papaya so damn cheap and luscious
Clean environment, always in stock of popular items easy check multi registers with cashiers ready to ring you up
Very clean with decent prices. It's a nice size supermarket with everything that you can need. Nice employees.
Hier bekommt man alles. Habe eine Woche in der Nähe gewohnt. Sehr nettes Personal. Einkäufe werden eingepackt. Kreditkartenzahlung möglich. Wollen aber ID sehen (Passport)
Neat.but they could do better on getting rid of meats that get left hanging around. For health reason it should be thrown out NOT put back on display.
There was absolutely nothing good to buy there, the prices were so expensive. Not a good choice
Awesome workers but I am not happy about their so called sales. I shop at Walmart and get better savings.
