CubeSmart Self Storage, Brooklyn NY

CubeSmart is a quite clean storage facility. It doesn't stay open 24 hours. Well managed and clean.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This was my first time every renting a storage unit and I was so nervous I'd be dealing with the headaches everyone warns you about when renting a storage unit in NYC. No single headache to be found here, everyone provided phenomenal and friendly service. The manager Andre is a true gem and made the process so simple for me! The added bonus of a free moving vehicle was the cherry on top. So grateful for these people and this extremely clean and well managed space!

Andre freeman, Tiffany and Mrs Lynch. That team was awesome. I wasn’t sure if my unit was bigger enough to put my items and furniture but they made me feel secure that it will and they was right. I walked in with great attitudes a friendly smiles. They was very concerned about what I needed and wants. Very clean. They made me feel like I can trust my stuff to be safe and also I didn’t close my lock currently and they called me right away. Andre, Tiffany and Mrs Lynch is the only one 3 workers I came across and they was excellent so with the cleanliness and the welcoming team at CubeSmart I will give them 10 stars and will recommend this site to my friends and family. Also it was a young man that took me to see my unit and I didn’t catch his name but he was such a gentleman. Open doors and treated me like a lady. Very good service thank u so much

The employees are very helpful at this location. I closed my unit after only 2 weeks because I wasn't comfortable with the height of the unit. It was near the ceiling and required the use of a ladder to access it. I think they should inform customers if they are assigned one of this units before paying because not everyone is comfortable with heights.

It ok but the CubeSmart Self Storage are to close to early i like to see if they can lease two more hours that give me enough time to get to Storage after work i get off at 2: 30. I might look for another Storage that open 9AM to 8pm

Awesome customer service, made the whole temporarily moving into a storage unit because my apartment flooded thing much less terrible. Great prices, facility is clean, nice, and temperature controlled in the oppressive summer heat & humidity. Highly recommend!

The entire team at this CubeSmart is super friendly and helpful, but Shanice went completely above and beyond when an issue arose with our move. She handled the whole thing with a smile, and saved us from a huge inconvenience. We can't thank you enough, Shanice! We look forward to being customers for years to come.

I had such an awesome experience with the crew here. Moving sucks.but they made it easier. I was worried my stuff wasn’t going to fit in my storage unit. They calmed my anxiety and reassured me that everything would work out. Everyone there is so nice and caring! I’m happy app my stuff is stored here.

They’re amazing. Andre, Jessica, Shaunice & Curtis helped so much during a winter move. Highly professional and wonderful customer service. The units are immaculate and they go the extra mile. They were very helpful in every way possible and made our transition so much easier, especially moving with kids! I highly recommend this facility and their team.
