CubeSmart is a safe and clean storage. I will highly recomend it to any person who needs storage

It was easy to access the storage room and there was always someone to help at the front desk when needed. It was a very convenient process and I felt safe leaving my items in there.

So this place got broken into last year which was crazy thank god they didn’t get to our storage unit. Also they close very early at 645 pm so that sucks. Also they charge 2 late fees a month which I think is ridiculous.

When I called at 6: 25 somebody picked up, I got clear answers, and I also appreciate the reply on here. Perhaps it was an off-day. I’ll raise my review from 2 up to 4.

Signing up was easy and the site was clean, but trying to call ANYONE is impossible. The robot first brags about a customer service award and then when I select 3 (change my reservation for a national rep) OR press 4 (to talk to my local location manager) it plays a little music to pretend to try to connect, and then the robot lies that staff must be assisting in/person customers. No matter what time of day. I called 3x at 10am and 3 more after 3pm before 4pm. I left a message that was never returned. Changing sizes is not likely for me after this headache, so I guess I’ll have to go over there to see the rep that’s probably not actually busy and withdraw my business in person.

Staffs are friendly, professional, courteous, and most importantly flexible. Love their attitude to every customer service interactions. This wasn't just one member of your team but all of them demonstrated the high professionalism. Well done in your training and quality control programs. The only part I wish you'd improve is the payment reminders. We have repeated several times with your team member when we'd be leaving but the questions were repeated.

The sales told me the size of the room and you do have all pictures for all size of rooms with materials inside so you have basic knowledge of the size you need and she did show us the room. That’s the perfect job to make your customers know what exactly we want. Thank you.

Easy transaction to get the storage I needed, easy access to get into storage room, and plenty of parking space around. Very straightforward. Loving it.

This was perfect for the short term storage locker we needed. If the people are not in the office when you arrive, you can get your locker assigned by calling the number on the website.

I went to the store to do some inquiries I met one of the clerks her name is Kendra I’m not too sure And I reaction was exceptional if I could give her 20 stars I would… Thank you…

Kendall at the Flushing - Delong location was very kind and helpful! She made the whole experience very smooth and tried her best to accommodate with a great unit.

Online reservation was easy to complete. I arrived on move in date and Kendall from Management office explained pricing and gave me a tour of unit. The first unit I was shown was a bit small so I requested a different unit and was taken to another one on same floor. I was pleased with size of the unit and the representative was able to set me up to move in a couple of days later, they even held a small package I had place for delivery there! Awesome service by Kendall and the rest of the crew there.

I was pleased with size of unit and the agents were able to set me up to move in that day. I was offered a 25% discounted rate for the first 6 months. After 6 months i hope CubeSmart only raises my monthly rate to standard rate.

I had no issues. The free moving truck was great when I first moved in. The units were temperature-controlled, everything was clean.

The hardest part of our experience was remembering the access code and learning the layout of the building!
The staff, Blake and Eric, explained everything simply and completely. They were very patient and went out of their way to make our experience great.
Unexpectedly we had to upgrade at the last minute and both of them worked on our issues. They even gave us a temporary code when ours failed!
During our move we broke a vase and lamp. We felt terrible because the place is spotless. When we informed Blake he said, "... No problem! We'll take care of it! "
I wish every experience (personal and business) was as pleasant as ours with CubeSmart!

I liked how clean your units and your buildings are. The temperature is controlled, it is the perfect storage
