The facility was very good, renting was easy, payments were easy but the rate was unilaterally raised for no reason and ending the rental was difficult to learn about.

Sally at the counter was the best. The internet had been down for 4 days she mentioned but she was helpful and got me access so I could move in. Very helpful and friendly. Made my first experience a great one.

Nicholas is the manager and is great along with the staff. Can't say this about other businesses but I can say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE to Cube Smart.

Great and convenient way to store your extra household items whether this is your first time or your a packrat. Sally at the CubeSmart on Crompond Rd was amazing! Sally provided in detail everything I needed to know, in order to move forward with renting a unit. This was my first time and Sally literally made the process seamless while having a wonderful personality and very knowledgeable. I was recommended to CubeSmart by a friend and I will definitely be recommending everyone to my new found friend Sally!

I loved the location and the people who work there. My issue is the greed of the company. They decided to increase my rent by 100 dollars. The excuse I got was its under the market value. Meanwhile, they were increasing 30 to 40 on a yearly basis. I was grandfathered in, had it before they became Cubesmart.
Completely unfair. So I had to moved. For the record I was extremely loyal and paid on time even through COVID.

Great storage facility in Yorktown! It's super easy to access right off the taconic. Reasonably priced. Right across fr Lowe's, Starbucks and a bunch of other great shops. Nicholas helped me move into my unit and could not have been friendlier. Highly recommend. Plus easy to access with large vehicles for delivery of your items.

Ultimately, it's a very clean and private area. I always felt safe and the property was always clean. As for the AMAZING staff behind the counter - dealing with all of my issues. You are WONDERFUL, KIND, and so very HELPFUL.

Facility is well maintained. Clean units. Only issue is rental fee increases unexpectedly. Started off at $75/ month and currently $101/ month.
