My local place is super clean, well equipped and well-lit.

Now, two months in, needed a second room and as always Lindy and her staff were super helpful in changing me to a smaller room better suited to the needs.

No upsell here, just great customer service.

Yes I paid a little late but when I did pay I tried to do it in person at the site and the door said 930a-6p and no one was there and I just wanted to get my stuff

Beware when renting a space in this storage facility. When I brought my stuff in the storage unit almost 2 years ago, there was no mold on any of my stuff. Now there is magically mold on my furniture…hm. Clearly there is an issue with mold in this brand new, supposedly climate controlled facility based off multiple other reviews I’ve seen. On top of it, the insurance that they force you to purchase doesn’t even cover the damages. So now I’m out my furniture that can’t be replaced because “the policy does not provide coverage”. What the hell is the point of the insurance then? They’ve had no problem raising the rent though twice now since I’ve been there with zero notice despite them telling me they’ve sent letters notifying me of this.

Lindy and Tammy do a wonderful job they are both super helpful and friendly, I recommend Cubesmart storage to anyone looking for a place to keep their things!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. We were there a year. Checked our storage about every 3 to 4 months. There was slight flooding in the back of building. We were told our unit was safe. Then tada mold on half of our stuff. The insurance they make you get doesn't even cover the damages. Also still had water in build when removing items. Horrible place

Very pleasant experience renting “a Cube”. Started with early phone call with National call center. Able to secure a spot and Pre register. Very efficient and easy. Lindy at S. Lockport, NY location was very thorough and thoughtful. She gave us the best possible location and helped us in may ways. AND what a clean and bright facility. Location is great, prices are reasonable, but the best was being assisted by Lindy.

Rented a cube online. Very easy to follow process. Came in to store and talked to Tammy who was very nice and professional and helped me go to my unit and gave me best door to access from. Property is kept clean and facility is new. Highly recommend.

Lindy at the Lockport location was a great help and very nice! The facility is clean and well lit.

The employee by the name of Lindy is quite amazing.
We were moving from an apartment to a house and had to quickly put half of our belongings in store and the process with Cubesmart was quick and easy.
We got a deal with our first month free and continued to pay for 4 months a very reasonable rate until we were able to finally get the rest of our stuff out!

We looked at a lot of storage facilities and this one really stood out. It is so clean and such a perk being indoors. It makes us feel very comfortable storing the contents of our house in a facility with such good temperature control.

They provide everything that is needed to pull up and quickly unload. We are happy to have found this place!
