CubeSmart Self Storage, Brooklyn NY

We have been using storage units at this location for 5+ years and have always been impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The people working at the front desk have always been very helpful and efficient - in particular, Joyann was super nice and helped us pick an additional unit that was near our existing unit and perfect for our needs. She was the best! Highly recommend!

The calm, friendly and helpful staff made moving in easy for us. The space is clean, well lit.the parking lot in the back takes away any pressure of parking on the street.

Had a GREAT first experience with Safiya at the front desk. She was really nice and knowledgeable and took me on a tour of the very clean, well lit facility! So glad I founs this place!

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Employees do NOT take responsibility for anything. They merely get defensive quickly and easily and do the usual "passing the buck, " insisting that whatever is being discussed is not their responsibility. I've had to call the location 10 times already and still have no resolution to the issue that CubeSmart caused. Terrible.

It was easy to open my account and to close it. The unit itself was what I needed, was a reasonable price, and was in a space that felt clean and secure. Overall a much better experience than one I had with another storage chain.

Safiya and Sanddy provide outstanding and professional customer service. They always greet me with a warm friendly welcome every time I come to the facility.

Every season I have clothes and shoes and other items to donate to charities but due to the pandemic, a lot of places weren't accepting donations so had to store in my tiny apartment. I decided to open up a storage unit to store my seasonal items and the bags of items I wanted to donate temporarily. I moved in to a storage unit on 3rd Ave Brooklyn which was the closest to my apartment. Kareem and the other staff were super helpful when I moved in to the storage. It was so easy. Got a lock, placed everything into the storage unit, lock up and go. Little by little I was able to donate stuff and made space in my apt for my seasonal items, so after 6 months I moved out of the storage unit, but if I had to open one up again, I know where I would go. The price was great and the location was convenient. Thank you!

I didn’t know what to expect since this is my first time using a storage facility. The manager, Latoya and her co-workers, ZaZa, Mame and Bethany were super helpful. Zaza, especially was extremely patient, thourough and kind. She took the time to show me different storage units and explained the difference in prices. After, I felt comfortable in my decision. I look forward to storing at Cube Smart on 3th Ave.

This is the top notch storage, very clean and spacious. It smells so good in here. The manager Zaza is amazing.shes very friendly and very bright spirited. I would recommend this space very much.

This place is so clean I love the way the site is ran by Latoya and her staff. I came in a bit late and the managers still helped deal with me and my needs. They were an effective team. They called themselves the dream team. I totally agree with that name and would recommend to my friends and family.

Just signed up for a small locker space. The manager was able to show me the space (huge, very clean, no asbestos like the place next door). Then helped me find any promotions and deals to make it the best deal. Free two hour move to transfer my stuff in is about worth a month's rent, too. Great deal so far!

Been storing belongings there for awhile. The manager Latoya and her staff have always been friendly and easy to work with. As far as the facility - tough to beat: excellent parking, easy load in, secure, clean, climate controlled, and an awesome Italian pizza place down the block.

Tony was so incredibly helpful and volunteered to assist with something we could not move. Mame Gueye was super helpful getting us checked out in a tight time frame.
