CubeSmart Self Storage, Bronx NY

Personally, l love the space, the workers are friendly, I never had a problem with them, they kept the whole place clean and neat, and smelling good, I stay there for long periods of time, without anyone looking over my shoulders.

Staff is very respectful answer questions and have great customers service.best experience I had dealing with than any other storage company.

The staff have a nasty actitud with elderly people already spoke to the manager and he is just blah blah must be his Gavira friend like they will never get older and I believe they don’t have mothers or grand mothers. Worse place.

Communication is good and explain more space no problem with Solved transfer and little extra price that good quality service

I've been with this location for a couple of years. The price is good. I just wished that I could pay in little by little throughout the month compared to just paying in one shot. That's my only problem, but the area is clean, and the staff is wonderful

Went to CubeSmart on 1810 Southern Blvd in the Bronx and I had a great experience. The place was very clean and the staff were also very nice. I was helped by Ronald, which he did an amazing job in making sure I had all the proper information. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Store 1810 on Southern Blvd is very clean and welcoming. Camden and Randell were very courteous and professional.

Great CS and the CSR Ronald was just the best. He made sure I understood the policy and went above and beyond

You know this cubesmart is straight from a comedy. The employees there are lazy they never know anything. Have anyone ever seen the movie OFFICE SPACE OR CLERKS. This is how the employees are at this cubesmart. They definitely dont want to be at work. They definitely have no information about damages they cause with your storage unit. I am going to start to look for another storage place. Sometime you can't support businesses were you live for convenience. I rather travel for respect and great customer service then talking to people that respond like ZOMBIES WALKING DEAD. I'm just being honest. I know I'm not the only customer that feels this way about this particular cubesmart.
