Customer service - the employees at my CubeSmart location were courteous, patient and conscientious.

The place was great! Clean, easy very well organized. The Staff was great, very helpfull and understanding.

I was looking for a storage around here and went to a location before Cube Smart by mistake. They were so complicated. I found CubeSmart simple. I got there, talked to someone in the office, asked the options and price, and that was it. He walked me to show me a unit and I said okay. I parked the car in the garage, everything was simple. Open gate with a code, use a cart they have for transportation, put my staff there, locked (I had to buy a lock), and went home. That simple. The space I picked was the smaller one (I only have a couple of boxes) but even being the cheapest, the storage was flawless, with climatization on the unit, perfect. The previous location started saying buts when I asked the small space they have. I received a login in and password and now I can manage my account via web. I am happy with CubeSmart

The facility was always clean, well lit and felt safe. Front desk is always responsive and helpful. I have had some above expected experiences. Price is just right. I've had nightmare experiences at other major storage companies with safety, customer service and it is always a breeze with CubeSmart. I'll use CubeSmart for my next storage needs.

I lot of incompetence rude people at front desk. Useless people working there but the storage is very modern and very well located.

The sales people we're all very helpful and respectful. I found the facility to be very clean and organized. The entire process was easy and thorough. I definitely would recommend this facility anybody looking for a storage unit.

I would like to commend Humberto for always providing excellent and professional customer service. He goes above and beyond what you would normally see and it's obvious that he cares about customers. I was lucky to have him set up my account and I'm always glad when he's there to help me with any issues.

Reasonable prices for the size of lockers at this location. Helpful staff. Clean. Close to train. Parking ok. Elevators could be bigger but in that neighborhood it’s about par for the course.

The woman who worked with me to sign the lease was fantastic. She is very professional and efficient.

I am from out of town and my son is studying in the city. I needed to store his things for the summer break. Ashley was very kind, understanding and super helpful. We were able to move his stuff without any headaches. The customer service was great.

Came into this location after reserving a unit on the phone with customer service. Nedra located my reservation, showed me a few unit options and had me set up with a unit of my choosing within 20 minutes! Process was efficient, friendly and I would recommend CubeSmart to a friend.

Absolutely love the service! Very convenient and staff is very friendly! Brandon Brantley, the manager was superb when it came to assisting me on my account. Northern Blvd location by far the cleanest and I don’t think that would’ve been possible without Jeremy John, who’s in charge of maintenance. Excellent service!

This facility is clean, have a nice workers there name's are Branson Humberto and Jeremy John.they super duper fantastic.

Mr. Umberto and his staff are very good at what they do and are very serviceable. This place is tidy and well lit. It would be great if they had more handtrucks and dollies available. The storage is easy to access and if one maximizes its space efficiently, many things can fit in it.

Ps: ask about price increase.storage places make their ROI long-term. So if you are getting what you think is a great deal, find out on paper when your next price increase and how much it will be.

This is my first time using a storage facility, and I am blown away! Everything is super clean and secure. The staff... I can't say enough great things. Branson Brantley was the best rep ever! He helped me understand the whole process, was my saving grace when I realized the unit I originally requested was too small, and needed a larger unit on the spot, and answered all my questions. I feel so safe and secure knowing my stuff is at this CubeSmart. Highly recommend!
