My husband and I could not be happier with our new water system! Kimberly was an absolute pleasure to work with! Will definitely be recommending Culligans services to family and friends.

They were the nicest people I've ever worked with, they came out to give me a consultation free of charge and couldn't of been more helpful answering my questions and weren't pushy at all about going with them, they had my whole house water system installed in just a few hours and were very informative. They we're so humble i didn't even realize the owner of the company was the guy that installed my system. They came out too do a follow up water test and see how I liked everything, I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their water

Kim is great timely and professional. The set up team was amazing and suggested placement.
The only regret I have is not doing it sooner. No more fabric softener, dry skin, chlorine smell in the water, our dogs love the water and are noticeably drinking more, more suddsy soap.
I wasn’t much of a water drinker and with the chlorine gone I drink more than I ever have.
Best investment to date!

Just had Thomas come out to my home to service my water softening unit.and JESUS CHRIST this guy was amazing. He broke everything down to a level where a child could and would understand it. Professionalism through the roof.quality of service through the roof.and he didn't try and run through my pockets and only suggested what was absolutely necessary. I'd DEFINITELY recommend this company and DEFINITELY recommend Thomas.

Kim is the best when it comes to these systems. Very knowledgeable of the products and made the proper recommendations based on our needs. Never made us feel awkward or dumb when asking questions about what we were buying. Extremely communicative and timely. Thomas did a clean install which goes a long way with me being a perfectionist. It was so nice to deal with a company that takes customer service as a important value for a day to day service business from getting a estimate with Kimberly, reviewing all their products to placing of a order and scheduling a installation the service technicians Thomas and Drake were excellent at their job very cautious of the installation and explanation of the systems operation.we are very happy with the new system and only wish we would have done this years ago

I couldn't be happier with the decision I made choosing Culligan water treatment! From the beginning of the process Kimberly Houseknecht, my sales rep, was so knowledge and helpful. She explained everything and helped me make the right choice, she always followed up with any question or concerns I had very promptly. The installation went so smoothly, Charlie and Thomas came, they were so polite and considerate. The work they did was meticulous, they were neat and cleaned up everything when they were done. Charlie took the time to explain the system and answer all my questions, he was awesome! Now that the system has been in the house I no longer have water spots left on everything and my skin isn't all dried out, even in the cold weather. Knowing the water I'm drinking as well as my dogs, kids and grandsons isn't full of contaminants, with my reverse osmosis system, gives me such piece of mind. The system is maintenence free and I am so happy I chose Culligan!

We had a different company that for years provided soft water services for us. As the years went on, they became the worst company that I had ever worked with. No customer service, rude people when you did get ahold of them, and service appointments were very hard to schedule. So I called Culligan. They had done a great job! Actually got our first delivery of salt and it was so easy to schedule, and the gentleman who came was extremely nice and accommodating. Would recommend Culligan to anyone!

We used to use the other company, but when they were bought out the customer service became a nightmare. Wish we had switched to Culligan sooner! Great customer service. Quick response.

I had the privilege to work with Kimberly, to get my water Culligan Water system. She was a good sales person not pushy, sales person. So I decided to go ahead to buy a Culligan water softener. We used to have Anderson water software but was not happy with their service in end. Chris installed my new Culligan service. He was excellent. Very friendly very nice very kind just like Kimberly was. I’m sure I’ll be happy with my new system thank you Chris and Kimberly.

Love our Culligan water! Staff is professional, courteous, and reliable. Bradley came to change filters and add salt. Very accommodating and efficient. Called and gave a window of arrival. Recommend Culligan’s!

Brad came out to service our system today. He was efficient and courteous. He helped us to understand the water flow issue and provided us with a course of action to remedy it.
