One bad apple of a manager on duty on July 2,2021 at 1-15pm. One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. How desperate are we now that the managers shews you along and behaves as if giving a price is too much for them. Disturbing. What a great staff usually on duty the disgruntled manager had to take a few customers and ruined it for everyone. All customers felt undervalued. He's disturbed

Charging literally 16 cents more per gallon than their signs advertise! When brought to their attention they admit it and state that “corporate a IT are aware “ and haven’t fixed it yet. ” The store states you have to contact corporate to get you money back. When you call corporate they don’t care. FRAUD! However, very lucrative fraud for them. Especially on a beautiful Saturday with major traffic for a huge event up the street! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Large gas station and convenient store. Big selection of self serve drinks, icees, sandwiches, etc.perfect place to stop for a quick snack and fuel.

Love the store, location and employees but found out today 8/21/20 they are no longer 24 hours and will not be opening till 6 am. I usually stopped in at 5: 30 am for coffee, etc on my way to work. It was usually busy when I was in the store at 5: 30.

Does not require customers to wear masks. People in store had no masks and one guy was talking and laughing right next to the area where they prepare food. That’s why I’ll only go to quick check from now on.

This place got the most expensive gas in this area. Used to be the che6but after the upgrade they got expensive.

Excellent store great coffee n they always say hello or welcome when you walk in. Always fresh coffee. FRESSSSSHHHHH

Most technologically advanced shop in the area. Friendliest staff whom are all very professional. Pricing of hot and cold foods are more than competitive for example $2.38 for a bacon egg and cheese croissant that's larger than what Dunkin or anywhere else would charge $3.99+ for. The drinks station is advanced with choices to suit anyone. The gas prices may be a bit high but I still prefer to fill my tank here because it's worth the bit extra for convenience. The location is great and access is easy, there are two large automatic doors and the parking lot is also spacious with two entrance and exits though at certain times of the day it may be at the mercy of the traffic light.

Price gauging. Price of diesel fuel is ridiculously 50 cents plus more (3.59) than everyone else. Same Cumberland in New Windsor is 2.99. Mobil and Gulf just 1/4 mile east is 2.99. Ripping off public.

They NEVER have paper rolls in their receipt machines and you always have to go inside to get a receipt from the cashier. And on 4th July weekend, all of the windshield washer buckets were bone dry. So frustrating!

The last several days getting my coffee at the New Cumberland has not been a great experience, long lines and today there was no cream or coffee so I decided to get a cappuccino from the machine, which turned out to be all water. Very disappointed

The workers were very kind. There was a miscommunication for a deal but the service was really nice. Arrived there at 12: 00 midnight and it was the nicest gestation I have been to in a while. I genuinely loved the experience.

Freshly remodeled and much easier to get in and out of, I just can't believe they didn't add a Redbox to this location. Most cumberlands have them and there isn't another one for miles
