Cumberland Farms reviews
7They jump African-Americans in the back of the store. They lure them in using the smell of their delicious fried chicken and mac n cheese. Anyways, great customer service, cheap gas and food, always nice staff. 6/5
On this day of pandemic, I bought a legal citizen out. I paid for his coffee ffe. It happens to be a hearing impaired man! The customer se rvice was outstanding.the newer overnight woman and Bobby were awesome! I visited a few days ago. - and wow Lacey was awesome as well! Her customer service stands out for our standing!
Everytime I go into this store no matter what time, night or day, the staff always greet you and are friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!
The staff are great! Keshia, Steve, Jessica and the rest of the team are very attentive and always say hello. Great and cheap ice coffee!
I told the cashier on duty in Sunday at 11: 30 that there was a bee or wasp on an apple fritter in the display case. He shrugged his shoulders and said they liked it and there was nothing that they could do about that. Disgusting and very poor response. I won’t be back here.
I very rarely write bad reviews, but this company is an absolute nightmare.
I used to love Cumberland farms. I would go there once or twice a week to get gas and maybe grab a snack. I had there SmartPay app and it was great until this company absolutely screwed me over and ruin my credit.
I accidentally got subscribed to their monthly coffee service. I rarely ever drink cumby's coffee. It must have been a pop-up or something when I was filling gas. I immediately called customer service to get the transaction undone. Why pay for something that I was never going to use?
Customer service didn't help me at all. They transferred me to a different company that runs their app and that company said I have to call cumby's customer service to get a refund which was who I called in the first place. After I got called again they said they'll transfer me to a manager, but it went to voicemail.
I was fed up at this point so as soon as a transaction posted on my bank account I disputed.
3 days later I got my first call from a debt collector asking for the $25 for the coffee subscription service. And they said if I don't pay in a week they will charge an additional $10. I refuse to pay and filed a dispute.
I still get daily calls from debt collectors about this. I've called customer service trying to get to a manager, but always goes to voicemail and left multiple voicemails. Never got a call back.
This company is basically trying to force me to pay for something I'm never going to use. This is absolutely insane. I've never seen the company so unresponsive an unwilling to help.
And I still don't even know how I got signed up in the first place. I was filling gas, put my phone in my pocket when I took it out I noticed I was signed up. It must have been a one click sign up that didn't need a password or pin to confirm the purchase.
This transaction appears on my credit report that I have something in collections.
