Cunningham Duct Cleaning provided my family with excellent and timely service, on one of the coldest days this winter. Cunningham has got to be one of the best companies out there. Not only were they on time but they were kind when they arrived. They explained everything they were doing and even showed me images of before and after to ensure everything was done right. They didn’t try to talk me into anything besides what was necessary and provided the services I needed impeccably. They didn’t just take care of the ducts but they cleaned up after themselves and left it in way better condition than before. I will definitely be using them again!

Impressed. A week ago we turned on the heat for the first time and had a horrible mold smell coming through the vents. It was mold and mildew in the ducts of the central ac and heat. We called 6 companies. 2 of which were recommended and non of the companies had the professionalism to even call us back to set up a consultation. All except Cunningham who called me the day after i left the message and had someone out to look at the problem a few days later. My problem was bigger than we thought There was a humidification issue, and not only was there mold in the ducts but whoever installed the duct work originally used insulation inside which was glued in to the walls. This is what molded over and honestly removal of just the insulation was impossible. The tech who came, took the time to explain and visually show us what the problem was, as well as what they would be doing to alleviate the problems. I never felt like i was being mislead. They set up an appointment after drawing up a proposal for the work and even though its the busy season, had us slated for basically a full day appointment in less than a week of signing. The day before the appointment they called with a time window of 8am to 9am saturday and the techs performing the work were at my door saturday morning ringing the bell at 8 on the dot. They were very polite, professional, and entertained the questions my 3 year old was fielding them with joy. They laid tarps in the areas they were working and when they were finished, left the areas very clean. The price for the work performed was Very fair, in fact excellent, confirmed by an out of state friend who works in the industry who told me the pricing was very competitive. Cunningham is also 1st responder friendly. These guys worked very hard and were very thorough considering my problem was mold, every inch of every duct was cleaned and treated, every grate was removed, cleaned, sprayed down with cleaner and dried off before being replaced. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will not use anyone else for hvac work again, and i plan to use them for routine maintenance now. There is a night and day difference between the work these guys perform and anyone running a special for 50 bucks. Believe me when i tell you the quality of the cleaning is nowhere near each other, and i am speaking from experience on that 50 dollar crapshoot. As for the mold? Its as if it never happened. We fired up the heat and its absolutely perfect with no trace of mold or mildew.

I had an 8: 00 am appointment which was confirmed the day before, Jesus and his partner Rodrigo were here at 8: 00 am. They were both extremely friendly and professional. They came in, set up a drop cloth, cleaned out the remains of my last fire and proceeded to clean the fire box, grates and chimney. All in all they had the entire job done in less than a half hour. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely use Cunningham in the future and I will request the same guys. Thank you for a great job.

I was so very pleased with the service I received from Cunningham. It is a very professional company from beginning to end. From the clarity of pricing and scheduling, to the two outstanding professionals who cleaned the dryer vent, I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of service given. Byron and his assistant Freddie arrived on time, were very courteous and certainly, competent. I was absolutely impressed with Byron's professional knowledge and the quality of work completed. Byron was helpful in explaining how the dryer vented in the crawl space, and also helpful in offering future suggestions. It is apparent Cunningham takes great pride in doing the job right. Just had my chimneys cleaned by these guys and couldn't ask for a better job. I have been putting off the cleaning because the people we bought the house from said they never had them done. With all the nightmare stories i have heard about chimmney sweepers i figured they were gonna tell me i need this and that is cracked and god knows what else. They were referred by a friend that installs fireplaces so thats why i went with Cunningham. They were clean quick and didn't try to ripp us off. Couldn't be happier with the service.
