Currency Exchange International, New York NY

I was heading to Canada and just wanted to have some Canadian dollars on hand for my trip. I didn't realize that my bank would have to order that in advance but Currency Exchange International to the rescue!

CXI is a well-oiled machine. The entire transaction took under 10 minutes (and that includes my wait time)! I sincerely appreciate the fantastic customer service!

This place is great. Ordered in the morning and got an email that my order was ready. Staff was nice and friendly. I ordered euros and Egyptians pounds. Will totally visit again whenever I travel international and need to exchange currency

I needed to get Columbia Pesos for my trip. I was not aware that it would be so hard to get this currency in NYC. I called a couple of places and no one was able to help me. I ended up going to this location, and I have to say, they really went above and beyond for me. I spoke with George, and while he did not have the currency available at that moment, he managed to get the amount I wanted within two hours. Extremely happy with the service. The rate was also fair, and I was also given a discount on the transaction fee. I would definitely recommend this location. I would ask for George if you are really desperate like I was.

TWICE! I called and reserved the Colombian pesos. Every time I went, they said they didn't have it or didn't have it anymore! Why would you give away reserved currency? People working there are stupid. I'm sorry, this is the only way to describe them.

$89 got me $78 worth of Thai baht 2750. I have no idea how good that is. Like. 031 rate vs. 029 actual rate I think
