Cusimano's Pizzeria, Medina NY

Best Pizza I’ve probably ever have had. I’m from Williamsville and I know Buffalo Pizza when I see it. Owner was very cool, staff was excellent.

Ordered a large special at 426 was told 45 minutes not bad after an hour we called and was told it was on the way. Driver got here at 610 with an excuse of not in the right area. Pizza was kinda burnt and cold had to reheat and the wings were like rubber. This is not okay one bit. Nothing of this experience will make us order from them again. I changed my review not on food quality but on the fact that the owner reached out explained the circumstance apologized and made it right. There's not alot of places that will do that take there time and correct there mistakes. Definetly appreciate that.

Absolutely horrible!
After numerous issues I decided to stop going to this place. After a year I decided to try again but NO difference. Once again nothing but issues. The owner is completely ignorant and lacks customer services skills.
I have never encountered so many issues with one place that doesn't fix their problems.
We order out at least once a week and will NEVER go back to this place. If u want to save yourself a headache then order from Avantis or Mark's. Have never had an issues with those 2 places.

Consistently good pizza, cheese and pep has a little simpler but fresher flavors than Marks or Avantis, always tasty.
Always fast friendly service.

Ordered pizza to pick up yesterday, they said 25 minutes. Pizza was cold as was the fried mushrooms we ordered. Pizza was very chewy, very few toppings. Also very expensive 41.00 for 2 medium pizzas and an order of mushrooms

Hands down best pizza in Medina and Lockport. Easily could eat their Cusimano Pizza everyday! Fast delivery and always fresh! Highly Recommend!

Staff is very friendly - I usually get a slice of pizza & a 20oz bottled drink for 4.75! Delicious sweet sauce too.

Very disappointed in the food I ordered the other day pizza was burnt had a lot of air bubbles barely any cheese and was as tough as a piece of leather you could barely chew it up chicken wings were slimy undercooked now I remember why I don’t order food here it’s not the communities fault you sell Very poor quality food maybe you should put some effort into making the food don’t know how you’re still in business roadies pizzeria is the best in Orleans County hopefully they consider putting one in Medina so they can put you And these other pizza shops out of business

I had just about one bad sub experience, I went to take out my sub which was a stinger, my thumb immediately came into contact with steak as to it seems that the wrapper had busted open and my sandwich was falling apart due to the amount grease taht it had built up.

Had the cod dinner and boneless chicken dinner and both were awesome! If we lived in the area it would definitely be a regular for us to eat at.

I had a pizza delivered.i paid over the phone and was very polite.pizza was late, and the box smelt like cigarettes.i bit into the pizza and it tasted like cigarette smoke.whole pizza was ruined because the driver couldnt wait 30 minutes for a smoke

It's 92 degrees outside and all I wanted was an antipasto salad for dinner. I've had salads and food from other local pizza places and I'm usually disappointed.that was not the case today. That was the very best antipasto salad I've ever had. I Love the kalamata olives and artichoke hearts. The salad will also be lunch for tomorrow because there was more than enough leftover and the price was fantastic! Thank you for providing a quality decent salad and an affordable price. Your stromboli doesn't disappoint either.

We got an American Assorted Sub and a Turkey Sub. They were beautifully made and delicious. The best sub I've had in Medina in quite a while.quick response on the phone, and quick delivery. Well worth the money!

Was told today that my pizza slice punch cards were no good today because employees apparently weren’t suppose to punch the free spot. I come in for lunch often buying two slices at a time and a drink. When explained that I never received free slices for cards that were punched full I was giving the impression that it’s my problem they screwed up. Told them to keep cards and turned my other full card and partial in and explained to keep them I wouldn’t be back after this experience. I enjoyed the food but being made to feel like I was trying to steal from them was horrible. So sorry to ownership but I will also ask others I work with and know to not buy here anymore.

This review is based on ordering 20+ times from here. It’s not just one bad experience. Stopped ordering for about 6 months, and figured I’d try again. Ordered onion rings that cost $6 and got 5 onion rings. That’s about the same price as chicken wings (per quantity). Now I understand cost of things has gone up. But 3 of the five were only as big or smaller than the sauce cup. I’ve ordered several wraps that come with fries and ketchup (or other sauce of choice). I always choose a different dipping sauce, and 7 out of 10 times it comes with no sauce or ketchup. This particular order had no dipping sauce (with the fries). It’s little things that add up. That’s the most frustrating part is that something as simple as putting sauce in with an order that can’t even be done right, or done all together. Once in a while the order is good, and everything’s correct. However I don’t feel like gambling when I order food.

You don’t know good pizza until you have tried this place! I live about 45 minutes away and still make the journey when I want pizza!

We ordered a cheese stuffed crust with sweet and omg, it was incredible. The delivery was way early and the driver was so nice! Great Job!
