They are great got a hoodie made a few weeks ago noticed a small mistake and they fixed it with no cost and took no more the 5 mins

Nice shop, had 3 sweatshirts made, one was a pix of my boys, and then the boys got hand drawn-out characters. The artist was so very talented and did an amazing job. The only negative thing I would say was that there were little choices of kid's size sweatshirt and the price was a bit high, but I am pleased with the outcome of all 3 shirts.will go back again for more work in the future.

The girl at the counter was so helpful in making my 60th birthday shirt special.
Will definitely go back when I need anything else done.

This was what I posted on my first visit to Custom T’s at the Poughkeepsie Galleria as I left my project in what I thought was very capable hands…Excellent customer service! This is my Number One go to for Customized gifts! ~ I Was Wrong, which is why I feel compelled to edit my initial review!

I left feeling confident that my Very Customized request would be fulfilled…. I was wrong, after 3 return trips I ended up unhappy and frustrated. I was not offered a refund or a discount only a promise that “should I even consider to go back”, that I would get a 50% discount! Billy did his best to “make things right”, Mac seemed to be the one person who knew what he was doing as far as customizing! Unfortunately, he was not there to finish the project.

The manager did not even acknowledge my concerns and basically ignored me and she was the person that initially started the failed project!

I would not recommend Custom T’s for custom design, it appears as if they can only handle the pre-fabricated application of copy & paste.

I do not choose to post a bad review, I prefer to post praise but after spending approximately $75.00 in fees for a custom children’s T shirt and pillowcase (which I purchased elsewhere for quality organic cotton) I feel as if I wasted a total of $125.00! No apologies and no consideration for me as a customer! I choose not to attach a photo of the finished product since it includes the likeness of my grandchild and a well known musician.

Buyer beware!
