CUTS UNLIMITED II, Brockport NY

Have had my hair cut here off and on 5+ years. My schedule doesn't allow me to get there very early. The hours are til 7pm. Last few times I can't get there until 6: 40ish. Each time I'm met with dirty looks. There's nobody in the chairs. Tonight there was 1 person in the chair, 2 employees in the back. Employee #1 comes out to tell me that "we both have people having color done, and we close in 20 minutes. " Again, there was 1 person in the chair, 2 employees. My hair takes 10 minutes at most. Won't be back.

Haircuts were very rushed and and they did not look freshly cut (my husband n son) I could have done these cuts at home!

Called Laura on 8/4 and she told me to come right in and she would do my hair cut as I had a funeral that afternoon
She did a beautiful haircut and color and took the time with me. I could not ask for a better hairstylist. Thank you Laura you made me feel better that day!

1st time there today, all the stylists were very nice. She cut my sons hair very quick and very gently. Cut came out perfect, cheap enough price that I could leave a decent tip. We will be back! Thank you!

I stopped in for hair cuts for my kids and decided to get my own trimmed. The girl who did my hair talked to me, listen to what I wanted, and shared information about to make my hair look nice. The prices are super reasonable also.

Never again! Walk in at 2 they're refusing people. When they close at 4. Wasn't even that busy. Perhaps you should hire more staff

Dusty gave me a better Haircut experience than Wild Hair Brockport did and I will continue to go to Cuts Unlimited 2 from now on. She was delightful to talk to and did an amazing job blending my hair.

All one length clipper cut is only $10. I do one length clipper cuts only so this is perfect for me.

These ladies are amazing! Extremely professional, and did a wonderful job on my boys hair! They are both very pleased!

I went into the salon today and had Kaitlyn. She did a wonderful job creating what I wanted with my hair. It was very clean and the ladies were friendly.

Great price on stand up tanning beds for unlimited monthly tanning. Also great that they dont make you set up auto withdrawal for monthly tanning.

Today I woke up in shock as my nearly 4 yr old little girl had gotten a hold of scissors at some point during the night. As I freaked to the sight of golden blonde locks of curls on the floor my daughter tells me she trimmed her bangs. I took her to the bathroom an she saw herself an burst into tears saying she looked like a little boy. As she held tight to me while crying her eyes out I made phone calls for a salon that was open seeing that it was Saturday. After calling a few places some had rushed me off the phone before I could explain Finally an amazing lady named Danielle answered it was a sign because I go by my middle name Danielle. She listened to hat was going on an felt my pain she said to just come in an she will do her best. My sweet little girl was so happy she was going to her very first hair cut an so confident when she met Danielle. I couldn't have asked for better. My little girl came in with a snow hat an very little self esteem but left with her head held high without the snow hat. We are fairly new to the area an this was our first place to go I can't express what Danielle actually done for my daughter's self esteem. I believes it's better than ever. My tip was not enough for this lady.

Emily is an amazing stylist! From hair cut, to color, style and blowout. She is the BEST! She works magic on my crazy, long curly hair!
