Store promises same day delivery but have no intention of keeping that promise. At least 1 yo 5 days. How does that work for an antibiotic you need immediately. Yes, I am looking for a new pharmacy!

This store has always been terrible.but today I had to go in and just grab a card. I waited (no lie) 15 minutes in line (and I was the only one waiting while she took care of another customer). It took the cashier over 15 minutes to enroll this customer in their rewards program so she could get the discounts offered.why not just give her the discounts? After about 15 minutes the cashier called for another associate to come up, but no one ever appeared. Finally after another 5 minutes I went back to the pharmacy to pay for my card. The 5 associates working there were smug faced as well.as if I was bothering them. This store is HORRIBLE. I can't understand how they stay in business.

Time and time again the people who run this pharmacy dont do their job. They make excuses and waste their customers time. Do they apologize or try to make it right? No. They could care less about their customers. Hannah specifically is awful to work with. Good luck to all who try to get their medications through them.

I'm a long time customer of the CVS chain. I shop and receive my prescriptions from there. I moved so I transferred all of my information to a different CVS location that's closer to my home and the decision was easy due to the extraordinary service I've received at the previous CVS. Well I was so very wrong! I went to pick up one of my prescriptions and was asked for my I.d. Which is standard procedure. I give the pharmacist my government issued i.d which has everything on it identifying me. Well low and behold the pharmacist says he needed a driver's license so I replied I don't have them! So his response to me was " you're driving without a license"! For me that was extremely uncomfortable as well as disrespectful! I wanted to pose a question to the pharmacist. I wanted to ask was he a police patrol officer or a pharmacist! But I didn't further any other conversations with him, I got my medicine and left! The worst experience by far at a CVS who I normally have excellent service! This particular location was 2100 Monroe Ave.

Pharmacy staff is terrible. Perhaps hiring adults rather than little children who look like they graduated yesterday would improve the service

Used to be my favorite CVS. Their hours are what made it great, besides their reliable staff that were always willing to lend a hand.

Store staff rude they do not help. They need training. Pharmacy is too slow. Good thing I do not have to deal with them regularly.

These airheads can never do anything right. They constantly lie and make excuses for why your perscription can't be filled, when in reality it's because they are useless idiots. They will always tell you it's your doctor's fault- it never actually is. If you ever wondered what would happen if a bunch of mentally retarded apes ran a pharmacy, come to this cvs.

Always helpful. I come here to visit a couple times a year and when I have to have scripts sent to Rochester I use this CVS. Caring pharmacy staff, better than any wegmans or Wal-Mart I've ever been to.

We have been going to this CVS for the past 30 years. When our son was young we went there for the outstanding pharmacy service where we learned the alternative formula for our son. Over the years we continued to be impressed with the pharmacy and the service. About two months ago we started to see an abrupt decline. When we had a script called in we were told it was going to be filled the next day. When we arrived they said that the truck was there and the meds were still on the truck and to come back. We came back the next day.same story. I asked to speak with a manager and the person at the window snidely told us that there was no manager but that we could speak with the pharmacist. She came to the window and did not appear to want to go that extra mile to help us. After we told her that we drive past 4 pharmacies to come to this one she went and got the medicine which was in the store but not on the shelf. She filled the script with a child proof top which we never use and is indicated.
This is a very unfortunate development in what was a great customer service option in the community. Maybe we will try Walgreens.

The pharmacy ran out of Lorazepam 0.5mg pills, which I have used for 9 years. The pharmacy didn't inform me about that, so I was waiting and waiting for my med after my doctor sent them a new prescription. When I caled CVS a pharmacist said "we are sorry, but we ran out of Lorazepam stock, because of a hurricane in Puerto Rico. Ask your doctor for a different medicine prescription!? She also promised me to contact my doctor, but she didn't. One more week passed and I called the CVS again. They said that they actually have 1mg pills of Lorazepam and they can provide me with them if I want. I said YES! Please contact my doctor. She promised of doing that and again she didn't. Now my doctor left for vacation. I am still without Lorazepam and am experiencing awful withdrawal effects of withdrawal from Lorazepam.

They are very prompt with prescription and extremely helpful when trying to request things from a Dr.

The pharmacy is a joke! Had to switch to Wegmans because the staff has no idea what they are doing. Not that the staff will read this. Because I am sure they don't care.

Don’t go here you’ll spend 25+ minutes trying to find something and they will sit there telling you the isle you go there and it’s not there at all. They wasted 45 minutes of my times swearing up and down they had the medicine I needed for my son. Then stayed behind the counter instead of actually helping. Never again will I waste my time at this cvs.

I only ever come here for my prescriptions to be filled and typically I'm in and out but the last two times I sat for a very long time in the drive through. There was also for an unexplained reason they didn't have my insurance so that was a hassle. Had to talk to a bunch of different people just so that I could get my amoxicillin. However it is 24 hours so I'll forgive them.

Do not send Shutterfly pictures to this location! The store seems confused the two times I done it and cannot find the photos. Even with confirmation emails that the order was placed and printed they had to call the manager to try to figure it out. The manager stated that they didn't know how Shutterfly worked and it was a corporate issue.

This used to be a nice store and I liked shopping here. Not anymore. Last time I was in there, a week ago, the kids working the front counter were goofing off, very unprofessional, swearing f-bombs. Last night there was a robbery in this store. Time for me to find a new pharmacy.

People that work here have the worst attitude and are borderline rude. (pharmacy is ok). Avoid getting help if at all possible.
