Liz is simply amazing ️. I went there with such a horrible mood, and took it out on her, but Liz handled it like a champ. She made me realize I have some serious anger issues. She didn't take it personal or even bother arguing back with me- Instead she waited for me to calm down and just assisted me with all of the items I needed help with. She literally went to each Isle to get all the items I needed to make my day easier. This woman is just amazing ; That takes a lot of mental strength to deal with people like me with anger issues. I think she should be manager or beyond this type of job. I appreciate you Liz- Thank you and I'm truly sorry for treating you like sh**?

It always takes forever and they never have your prescription ready. The also help people behind you in line before finishing helping you.

Worst store ever! I usually wait 30 minutes to get my prescription filled. The staff is rude, unprofessional and they clearly hate their jobs. (They have even said it to me out loud). When I call to deal with issues (they often mess up my medications/costs) I am always on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes, today it's over 30 minutes. When I go into the store, their phone is always ringing and they just ignore it. I don't know how they can be so careless when it comes to people's health and medications. I am trying to switch to Capsule but they aren't even able to reach CVS because of "unusually long hold times".

If I could give it a zero I would. My experience is with Pharmacy staff. Unorganized, confused, false information and lack of effort. None of my family members like to pick up medications due to this. As Im writing this review I have been on call for over 90 minutes to speak to someone at Pharmacy. Mind you I spoke to someone two hours ago that because he was unmotivated gave me false information. Too bad my insurance company uses them.

They did not send a reminder e mail for the second dose of the vaccine when i realized i missed my appointment by 1 day i called the operator said just walk in. When i get there they have no vaccine left and im trying to reschedule and the website is not giving me any options. This was the worst mistake i made using the cvs site. Now i have no idea what to do all the cvs in my neighborhood has no available appointments and the operator says keep calling every day.

The pharmacy department is unprofessional, some are okay and some have attitudes especially the morning staff. Unhelpful and will see you standing there and won't help you until you ask. I'm not ringing your bell, I'm at your job.

If you are in pain or just need your medications right away DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO THIS PHARMACY! They told me to wait 2 hours for my pain medication, I came back 2 hours later and told me it wasn’t ready yet. Went back the next day they haven’t even put me in their system! It took them 2 full days to give me my medication. It’s ridiculous smh

Spent an hour trying to call and literally no one - pharmacy or front of store - picked up. Calls just ended. I even chose the prescriber/doctor line and nothing. The incompetence at this store is unending.

I agree with what others have said here. Their customer service is horrible. I was left on hold for 15 mins.and had to hang up as no one ever came to the phone. This problem has happened more than once.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have EVER frequented. They do not automatically fill refills when insurance approves them, never knowing why (how many times can I hear “I don’t know” as an answer), will not have medications in stock when needed, will text untrue information regarding the availability of refills and pick up, and waiting on line for up to 40 min to not have what you came for is a normal occurrence. Ignorant, miserable and unfriendly staff, it’s unreal I have stayed with them this long. Get capsule, go to the Duane Reade across the street, support your local pharmacy- DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

Horrible: : went the first time to pick up prescription and line was so long i had to leave, after that called when i left was on hold for 30 minutes, told them about the prescription they said it would be ready the next day, went to puck it up the next day i was told it wasn’t ready had to wait an extra 15 minutes. This pharmacy is bull! Changing to another pharmacy. 3 days going back and forth to pick up a damn prescription that i have to pay for ; for them to now tell me i need a id to pick up when this is not my first time picking up this prescription and before i didnt need an id

Worse store ever. Worse store to go to. The security guard followed me around the whole store then waited for me at the exit. I saw him touch the alarm and purposely make go off when I crossed. Then asked to search my bag which I refused. Horrible experience. Horrible security. He targeted me as soon as i walked through the door and profiled me

This place is beyond ridiculous! They like to play with your drug refills and refuse to give you the pills your insurance has already paid for. Do not get your pills from here. Use another pharmacy because I promise you, you will get beyond pissed by these idiotic people who don't even know what a Medicare card looks like! Worst pharmacy in all of Brooklyn. They make Rite Aid look like paradise.

I'M GIVING FRANCIS FIVE STARS! NOT THE STORE she did not deserve to be treated the way she was treated today. The pharmacist was rude, nasty, loud and wrong to Francis AND MYSELF, i have NEVER witnessed such disrespect from a manager to an employee and in front of customers at that! FRANCIS IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE! Besides myself I've talked about her in the line with other customers and everyone wants to wait for her! She is great! She takes her time to ask if i found everything i needed, she comes around the register to get my items when i sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago, she goes the the isles to get items i cant find and she moves so fast! Ive seen her clear out a crazy long line in 10 minutes! Her hair and eyes are so beautiful is just a plus.i dont know how long she has been with the company but she did not deserve the disrespect i witnessed today in that pharmacy.i hope to see her and her hair up front very soon. I will be reporting that

Francis is the only reason i am writing this review, this store is dirty full of homeless people who steal and her customer service and presence is what makes the store brighter. I love the sales at CVS but i wish they would just improve on things.i spoke to her manager a few weeks ago about her and he didn't seem to really care. She really is an amazing employee in a crowd of rude ones at this store, Elijah also is a great guy you cant miss him as tall as he is.they both deserve to be recognized for their customer service. Milad is an amazing guy too, i hope he sees how hard she is working!

THE ONLY REASON I COME TO THIS STORE AND GIVE IT THIS MANY STARS IS BECAUSE OF THAT EMPLOYEE IN THE FRONT FRANCIS, SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO EVEN CARES OR PAYS ATTENTION TO ANYTHING I NEED OR HAVE TO SAY. THE REST OF THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS! WHEN YOU NEED A MANAGER THEY'RE NEVER AROUND. SHES POLITE AND KNOWS WHERE EVERYTHING IN THE STORE IS. HER MANAGER NEEDS TO PROMOTE HER TO A MANAGER. SHE NEVER HAS AN ATTITUDE OR SPEAKS LIKE SHE HAS NO SENSE I APPRECIATE HER ASSISTANCE, SPEED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME IM THERE

Just went there to get a regular headset for my phone. Asked the young girl at the counter, she says "we don't have that". I looked at her, and asked again (English is my first language), then she says "isle 16". I go there and its in a locked case, which im sure she knew. I go back and ask if someone can open the case and was pretty much ignored. I left, it being Monday morning and needed to get on the train. Only reason I went there was because the DR across the street was closed

I got here all the time. Never had any problems with this CVS. Prices are great and lines move fast. Cashiers are always friendly.

I don't know how they are still in business. Worst place to get your meds. Pharmacy department needs better customer service.
