Drug Store CVS reviews
19Very disappointed in CVS Pharmacy off Kent in Williamsburgh. Was there 2 weeks ago and needed desperately to go to the bathroom. I am vaccinated and COVID ostensibly is over. The Manager and customers were not wearing masks, although I had one on. I asked to used the bathroom and the manager refused. If I was a CVS customer with a vaccination appointment, I could use it, but not a general customer of CVS store. Whut? I really had to go, I mean like really. The manager told me to walk 2 blocks up to the park and use the public toilet. If it was a matter of purchasing something, would gladly have done so. But they looked at me like I was a leper. This has nothing to do with COVID as a similar situation occurred a few years back prior to COVID. Everyone has to pee! It is neither disgusting or shameful and CVS should have been more considerate. I was well dressed and did not look like I was living on the streets- should have been kinder.
Employer need to trained how to answer when someone say thank you or when someone facing difficulty to looking for something.
Just wanted to shout out DIANA who provided an excellent experience for an expert couponer - my little gf. When the RedBox was down she priced checked items for us and helped us at the register to give us the biggest bang for our buck. COUPONERS THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.
They never have flu shots to the point they shouldn’t pretend they are offering this service. They also have no idea when they would have it
Pharmacy is inefficient. They are too slow to turn around prescriptions, have limited hours, and staff who are incompetent at managing customers. I guess they need to cut costs here to keep prices of over the counter items down.
I printed a TON of photos here and the manager honored CVS’s online deal, great experience. 5 stars for management. But 0 stars for the Pharmacy, they never pick up their phones.so inconvenient.
Guuuus! Don get me even started! The doors r pretty small. 5 employs ask me to bring me outside. The ice was cold bf4 the employ army put me outside. I looked for my bandadna prolly still there. My friend (dad) has a great coupon for vitamin but to busy to go here. Call if you want.
This CVS is amazing, it's probably my favorite store in THE ENTIRE WORLD.
Great customer service and the best deals on arizona iced tea anywhere.
This is my wife and mine most used CVS. Been coming here for years and can't say much negative comments or that I've ever run into any major problems. Management has been on point for the most part and shown to be helpful. Now I can't say the same for some of the staff because the young adults can run away when they see people looking for help. That's my reason for the 4 star rating. Don't get me wrong, it's not all the staff workers. Some staff members have also been helpful and friendly for the most part.
Nice staff and great location in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn area.great place for beer and other sundries.we stayed at the William Vale hotel and it was a short nice walk to get everything we need. HINT: DO NOT BUY WINE FROM ANY CVS IN NYC.it is not wine but "wine product" ;-)
An employee by the name of Juan served me and my lady well when we needed his assistance on an item around 1: 37 PM on August 16,2017. I will look forward to visiting that CVS location again. Thank you again, Juan, and thank you CVS for having a good employee at that location.
The customer service is very good.
The staff of the store knows a lot and will help you.
The staff goes out of their way to help you.
The store is open when you need to go the store.
They have many locations there.
@Y, your ethnicity reference is a completely irrelevant aspect of your trivial complaint. Leave your dog at your apartment (which I have to assume is in 'the edge') when going to pick up your Plan B and get over yourself. This CVS is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood, and the pharmacists are always very helpful.
Greetings at the site and goodbyes on exit from staff, they also help very much & are not rude at all. Only complaint is that most of my boxes of favorite snack are always crushed in some way, that's all I have no problem with this CVS.oh and the automated quick pay are great along with the 20ft of receipt slip it spews out at you.
Love this store. Employees are amazing, no matter how busy they are they always say hello or stop to help someone.
This indian dude who speaks broken english insisted that i carry my 25lb dog while other staff in the store said it was.i've been going to the store for months without having to carry my dog.
I always go in the evening and the manager louie always takes time to say hello and help the rest of the staff does no less.
Do not get your passport photos taken here! They use an iPhone to take it, don't have good lighting, resolution and quality is terrible then they charge $15 for two prints and no digital copy!
Been waiting 15 mins to take passport pictures while the only person manning the store runs around yawning
