10I once got a 4x higher dosage on a medication that could have sent me to the hospital only for the pharmacist to not be reprimanded
This is my "Home" Store and I am so happy with the service that I receive here. Although I do have to review my information I would like to make a suggestion is an ID Policy where they make the tech scan your ID instead of having to repeat your name 5 times.
Corporate needs to look into these reviews because I would be happy to contact them and explain this idea. I just think it would save customers lots of hassle because I always hear people complain when they have to repeat their name 20 times and it just is not ok especially when their is a huge line and people need to get done with their errands and make sure they get moving down the line.
Pharmacy needs improvement. Prescriptions sent over do not appear in account like they used to. Constant delay. Constant inconvenience. We aren’t supposed to go backward with technology. Starting to not be dependable.
Great customer service! The employees were super nice and friendly. My vaccine appointment went smooth with no issue. Super informative and helpful. By far the best experience I’ve had at any CVS pharmacy!
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! The pharmacy is incredibly unprofessional. After following all the directions for 90 minutes attempting to correct a scheduling issue for covid testing in an emergency situation.the head of pharmacy closed the door on my face and told me it was my problem.meanwhile my father is in the hospital and needed to get the test.they had all my insurance information and still they have no compassion for my situation. It's terrible and I am embarrassed to have someone in heathcare like this lady. No caring and warm feeling here. Keep in mind she took an oath at some point to help people.clearly she is a fraud.
Not a good pharmacy, staff does not know what they ate doing, I can't trust the pharmacy staff here, they mislead me

The drive thru line should not be used for COVID testing! Each car takes 15-30 minutes forcing regular customers picking up needed medicine to wait upwards of an hour. This is absurd. Send
In line alone in front of the desk - no one acknowledging me - after few minutes the doctor ask what I need - when I told him he says “ they didn’t fill the prescription jet” although my doctor sent it over hours ago.wow, bad service! It seems no one here cares
