CVS, Elmsford NY

Not sure what's worse the dirty store or the completely incompetent and rude pharmacy staff. I'll go with the Pharmacy staff because of the deliberate lack of caring.

Called the pharmacy for a prescription and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I ended up hanging up. On top of that people behind the pharmacy are very rude and unprofessional.

The absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The employees in this pharmacy are incompetent, insensitive and extremely unprofessional. They provide inaccurate and incorrect information to patient, they delay crucial medications that are needed for the patient. They will tell you "your insurance doesn't cover it", please be diligent and call your insurance up before dealing with these bozos. I hate to sound mean and use words like this to describe people but there's just no other way of putting it. If you can find a different pharmacy to fill your scripts, I highly recommend you do so to avoid headaches and frustration at this CVS.

If I could give a zero star I would. We had two appointments set for covid boosters. One was for my 89 year old mom with Alzheimers. I received confirmations via text for the times we registered for on-line. When I got there the store said they did not have a record of us. I showed them the confirmations from cvs and they said they would not accommodate us. RIDICULOUS!

The team working in the pharmacy area are really quite terrible. They are snippy, fight amongst themselves, and look at you as if you are inconveniencing them asking for help.

The cashiers up front are wonderful, but that team working in the pharmacy needs to be retrained in customer service. I’d give them a no-star if possible.

I just a wonderful experience with Fredrick the pharmiscist and Iesah Pharmacy staff in Elmsford NY. Their professional & emphathetic attitude and great service aided me to get thru a stressful time. Extremely rude and nasty pharmacist and aid at this location! Lorena Lomonte and her aid were nasty to me and my daughter's pediatrician today. The pharmacy received a prescription from my daughter's pediatrician's office and sent it back as additional information was needed. I called the pediatrician to find out what the issue was, the pediatrician couldn't tell what the pharmacist was looking for. Both pharmacist and aid seemed bothered by the issue and were less than helpful trying to resolve it. Once my pediatrician called back to speak to one of them directly, the they were annoyed and acted really rude towards me and my pediatrician. The issue was resolved, but with resistance and they were super rude. Such poor customer service!

Im a provider. I must say Ive called this pharmacy and received such poor service or no service at all to be honest. Will be telling my patients to stay away from this pharmacy. If you do use this pharmacy for your regular medication. I suggest you try giving them a call and check on their service first. Because your medication is important and lack of service can be frustrating when it comes to health.

So so disappointed. We are from out of town staying in Elmsford while my husband is having cancer therapy in NYC and we have had an issue with him getting his prescriptions filled here every time. They are always out of stock of his medications which are not specialty drugs but drugs that will carry him through the pain of his treatment. I hate to see him suffer. Very disappointed. We are going to Walgreens.

Really nice store, clean and most of the items are on stock. But one of the farmacy tech is rude. I have the same rude experience from her multiple times.
